I have been a member since this location opened. Management and staff are always friendly and courteous. The facility is always clean and sanitized, and the equipment well maintained. A certified trainer is available for scheduling a class for core, upper body, lower body, 30-minute circuit, PF360, stretching and design your own program.

Always very clean and friendly. Theres plenty of equipment i very rarely almost never have to wait to use a machine or weights. I think it's totally cool that you can bring a guest to workout with you nobody really likes to work out alone. And not everyone can afford to pay to work out what may want to and so you can use that free guest to their benefit. I do wish that you were open 24 hours again!

I've been a member for almost 6 years. The gym has everything I was getting from the "bigger" gyms but at a great price and the friendly ppl are what kept me coming back.
