We were visiting from out of town and had a lovely vinyasa 101 “warm” yoga session. Great for us beginners doing our first “hot yoga” experience. Our instructor was supportive and explained the process and made us feel comfortable. The front desk lady was very kind, gave us some intros and pointers for the facility, and even lent us some mats when she saw our personal mats wouldn’t work well for hot yoga. Had a lovely visit and would encourage folks to give this location a try!

I Love Kasa Karma! I’ve taken the Vinyasa Hot yoga class with Stephanie and that was my first hot yoga class. I am very new to hot yoga. She saw me struggling a bit during her class and came over and helped me out. It was such an awesome experience! Also the heat isn’t unbearable as the fans are providing this breeze so it’s a comfortable temperature. She also encourages you to use blocks and to really connect with your body. And find what feels good!I also recommend the restorative yoga class with Sasha! Her class was so relaxing and I almost fell asleep! This class is non heated. I love how she encourages you to use the bolster and the blocks to help you stay comfortable whilst doing the poses. And she always speaks the most lovely mantras. I’m so thankful for this lovely community!I highly recommend taking a class here! Also the studio is dog friendly and I love that! I’ve met the cutest dogs there and it’s always such a beautiful experience!Thank you for this safe space where everyone is welcome 🤗 🌈

The most healing and accepting yogi community I’ve ever stumbled upon. Welcoming and warm teachers and staff and a very clean studio with various classes to choose from depending on what you need! I have been telling all my friends who have been searching for a studio that doesn’t feel commercial and stagnant to come by and experience it for themselves!

Signed up for the first timer package which is $40 for two week unlimited. What happened on my very first class was I showed up right at 9 because I got stuck behind the train. Doors were locked. I came back for the 11am restorative class and was able to attend that one. Very frustrating that there is no disclaimer or new client welcome email with that information. OR the instructor could have called when I wasn’t there 2 minutes before start or something to make sure I found it ok. I would have called to have them hold the doors if I had known. You just expect a little more from a studio that costs $25/ class…. Another thing that was aggravating was that when I showed up for the 11am class and told the gal at the front desk I was new she didn’t show me around the studio or instruct me on where things are and what equipment we needed for the class. Then the restorative class ended up being 45 minutes of flow, one restorative pose, and then lying on our backs for 10 minutes. It wasn’t an actual restorative class where you get to do multiple sustained poses for deep stretches the whole time. I was already agitated so I think this was just adding salt to the wound and I did not feel like my expectations were managed well. Not a good first impression.

I loved the teachers and the classes offered. I took off stars since they allow dogs inside the yoga studio so it's full of dog hair and not great for people allergic to dogs.

I genuinely learned how to find peace in mind and understand my body through the yoga practice at Pure 8. I started training here because this place is owned POC ❤️All the instructors have passion for teaching Yoga and All very talented. I took Cydni, Liffany and Julia’s class mostly due to timing and they are amazing. Thank you for the good classes! Highly recommend this place if you are interested in starting yoga.🧘‍♀️☯️
