Happy with the gym! Much better experience here than in Spokane. Good clean facilities, good hours. Membership is tough to quit though, so make sure you’re sure before you lock in

Owen was wonderful to work with.Coming back to work on my fitness journey after motorcycle accidents and surgery causes a severe amount of anxiety. He made me feel empowered and capable and encouraged as I start this journey again.Friendly and kind staff. No judgement zone.Clean facility. Good daycare hours and lots of classes and personal training offered. I am excited for this journey.

It's not a horrible gym as far as gyms go. Though they seem to have trouble keeping a regular staff. The kids club is why I signed up but their ability to keep regular hours or keep it staffed is lacking.I actually took the day off work so my wife and I could work out together, knowing the kids club is opened until 1pm. We were turned away at the front desk with a notice saying it is being deep cleaned.How about instead of closing during business hours without notifying anyone, take 15 minutes at 8pm when you close to clean it daily? What gym or retail establishment deep cleans during business hours?At any give time, a dozen lockers are broken. A part time maintenance tech would do wonders on the place.They do have policies that make sense like, 1. No backpacks and bags on the workout floor and 2. No pictures/cameras in the locker rooms.... but everyone is doing it and no one is enforcing anything.
