Don't fall in love with machines, they break and they won't ever come back, just think it can be better

only went for a one day trial, the staff were super friendly and helpful (and cute). the area was clean and they had many options in machines, though they didn’t have a hip thrust machine that I saw (or the pads for the bar). maybe you have to ask? kept at a nice temperature and very comfortable environment :)

Don’t join. Really shady business practices. Confirmed by the GM Alison that I was canceling my membership and a year later they continue to charge me. Horrible service, and inexcusable.

Been going since 2018, and I have to say if you need a good cheap gym this is the go to. It has all the the basics you'd need to start your fitness journey.

I've been a member at Crunch for more than a year now, and I love it! Not long after joining, I had two chronic injuries I was struggling with and was planning to take a break for healing. Alison stepped in and offered a free session with her to suggest some techniques to prompt recovery. I enjoyed the session with her so much that I signed up for personal training with her, and I have learned so much! She's been patient and informative throughout the process, always making sure that my form was safe, productive and helping me to gain strength and resolve the chronic issues. The gym and locker room are always clean, and both equipment and parking has always been easily available. The new remodel makes the space even more fresh and inviting and the new equipment is great as well!

Five years ago I broke my leg in multiple places. I was grateful for occupational therapy, physical therapy, and a wheelchair for nearly a year. I had accepted my limitations and thought my ability to move each day was as good as it could get. Nope. I joined Crunch six months ago and started working with Stephanie, my trainer, two times a week. She has helped me progress beyond what I thought was possible for my 60-plus-year-old body. I am more fit now than I’ve been in the last couple decades, even before my accident! Daily routines of showering and dressing used to be limited by my inability to lift my leg; I’d have to sit down to dress or stoop to properly shower. Now, my hips and core muscles are strong. I can lift my leg, easily dress, and recover my balance on uneven ground. I used to avoid getting down on the ground; now, I easily move from the ground to an upright position. I can play with my active grandchildren!I look forward to each day I visit Crunch. The staff welcomes me into the building and says goodbye to me as I leave. For a lot of us, this is the only positive interaction we may receive in a day, right? Stephanie, my trainer, entertains me with laughter and genuine care. She is the reason I am thriving in this once broken-down body. I am stronger, happier, and more mobile than I’ve been in years. Stephanie knows how to push me gently but insistently. She makes each session fun with new routines, and she is an expert in guiding me into the proper positions for each exercise. The best part is that she is teaching me how to care for myself in the years to come. I relish her motivation and will continue to be her client for many years to come. All of us need to take care of ourselves in this stressful world. I encourage everyone to check out Crunch and reward yourself. We’re worth it!

Eek. Don’t bother joining this gym. I already informed the manager that I wanted to cancel my membership, and she said that I need to cancel in person or write a letter, so I wrote a cancellation letter last month and sent it. Today I asked if they received the cancellation letter and she said to send another cancellation letter. Ridiculous.

Hotel california of gyms. If you want to get out of your contract, you have to involve your State Attorney General’s office. Otherwise Crunch will just ignore you and send you to a collections agency. Don’t get involved, it’s a mismanaged, money grubbing company that only wants to screw you over. Stay away.
