A staff member was screaming at members telling them to "get out" due to them closing. The first time she screamed was a half hour before closing. She stood in the middle of the gym and screamed as loud as she could. Then as people were finishing up in the locker rooms, she stood at the entrances and screamed, not yelled, screamed at members to "get out" because they were close to closing. When I approached her about the screaming, she just continually told me and another member that approached her to leave and get out. Totally unprofessional and unexpected at a place we pay to go to.

Signed up for this gym about a week ago. Thus far -Pros: Lots of equipment that is well maintained, more than enough weights to add to the machines, plenty of room on the turf, enough cardio machines to go around, basketball court, heavy bags, sauna is HOT and everyone is nice. The staff was not aggressive or pushy to sign up.Cons: Locker room is on the dirtier side, paper towels not always stocked, pool looks a bit dirty (haven't swam yet though, so I'm not 100%), not a lot of cleaning stations so you've gotta walk a ways to get a cleaning wipes. All in all a good gym.

Good: Lots of machines and weights. Some staff at the front desk are friendly. Large area of green fake turf is very nice to have. Not so good: Some front desk staff are not at all friendly. No paper towels and a lack of soap in the men’s locker room happens about twice a week. Sometimes, men’s locker room clearly needs a cleaning. Some of the janitorial staff I see working hard, some not so much. I also go to Planet Fitness - it rarely has the problems I’ve described.

Decent equipment and usually clean. They are out of paper towels and soap quite often. Seriously some of the worst customer service skills I’ve ever encountered. The front desk staff are very unfriendly, always on their phones, talking amongst themselves, or playing with their kids. I said hi to the lady working this morning and she stared at me dead in the face and didn’t say a word. I’m sure they don’t get paid enough to care, but a smile and a hello go a long ways.😊

Dumbells go up to 125s, which is better than other LA Fitness gyms around the area, but squat racks suck. Not enough weight plates near squat racks and bumper plates make loading weight awkward. Small gym and very crowded during peak hours.

Cleaned facility, not too busy and bigger than other gym. I like that they have separate sauna from men and women. They have full size of jacuzzi and a swimming pool. The 8:30 class is the best, just that, my monthly payment is worth it to pay; it is probably better than personal trainer for me. I've been here for more than 7 years. I tried and paid for personal trainer when I started to help me w my goal. It's too expensive and I don't think it helps that much besides that i learn to use and have confident using the weight machines. You can schedule for free and 1 time trainer to help you out started and teach you the proper use of the machines. Child care is nice. Some people come just to have 2 hrs break from their kids. U can go 2 hrs in the morning and 2 hrs in the afternoon. So worth it. I don't even go gym that often.

front desk workers are super nice and members are very respectful as well. seems like a good culture. spray bottles with sanitizer easily found throughout the gym for cleaning equipment off. bathrooms and lockers were great. water fountain has cold crisp water. so much equipment and machines. basketball courts. loved it here

This gym is even better than the one in Tualatin. So much better ventilation, love the turf feild in the middle, and I like the elliptical upstairs better cause they have a cross ramp. So much more room to stretch, use the functional fitness area, the water is nice and cold to drink, and so many more machines. I love this LA fitness and personally I wish we had one like it at the at the Tualatin location. Also their hot tub is huge!

What brought me to this center was their top notch yoga instructor Jessica. Her classes are really outstanding. The center itself is not that great. For example their locker rooms are showing some ageing and even the studio where yoga classes are taught has no decent yoga props. This center is like a poor cousin of a nearby luxurious VillaSport. On the other hand, the basic membership is much more affordable and their smart phone app is really well designed and helpful.
