I have been attending OTF and specifically this location for about six months now. I love the studio layout and the supportive and fun staff, which makes all the difference in the people they attract and environment when you are there.I love the no pressure workouts, the music, the community. The workouts change from day-to-day, and there are always challenges that allow you to push your limits. I’m never bored, and going never feels like a chore. Most importantly, I am so happy with my improved health and athleticism.I’m in my mid 40s and realize there is so much more my body can do than I realized. Give it a try!

Classes are always a different, love the play lists and the variety makes me want to come back. The arm band rarely works for me, but I find that doesn’t matter to me as I know I’m still getting an incredible workout

OTF West Beaverton has been game changer for me. I went from couch potato to running 5 and 10k’s regularly and discovered how much I LOVE running and moving my body. The push the OTF workout gives me motivates me and informs so many areas of my life. In addition to being healthier, feeling and sleeping better, and having more physical strength overall, I also now think differently about my ability to do hard things. The coaches and staff are great and the WB clients are a really fun bunch!

EDIT: I've reduced my rating to 2 stars due to their coercive retention policies. The service itself is great, but they don't want to let you leave if you need to take some months off. Be prepared to be billed an extra month, have to talk to a manager, and fill out a bunch of forms...just to cancel.Original review: Awesome staff and very streamlined onboarding. They got me up to speed quickly and never made me feel pressured or singled out (unlike a lot of other gyms / fitness groups I've experienced.) I felt encouraged/pushed to give my best without being overwhelmed. Great stuff!

I wasn’t even sure what Orange theory was about, but was excited when I learned it was all scheduled HIIT classes. I need somebody there to push me, especially in a group setting, and that’s exactly what I got. Everybody there is nice and welcoming, They didn’t make me feel bad about not working out in so long, or that I was slower than others. The nice thing is you do the best for you and the coach is there to encourage you to keep pushing through. It’s great for people like me that need the motivation and accountability. Can’t wait to include these classes into my weekly routine!

Everyone here is super friendly and I always feel great after my workout! The trainers are very helpful and are always there for you if you need anything. I love the group setting because it pushes you to do your best but the heart rate monitor allows you to stick to your personal and individual goals as well. You can try your first class for free!!

OTF is the best workout out there! I’ve never felt better about my fitness level. The coaches are informative and encouraging and no two workouts are the same. I look forward to every workout and always leave feeling a sense of accomplishment. Yeah, it’s that good!
