The place is PACKED. Like I'm self conscious (like anyone would be), and it feels straight up claustrophobic if you come in busy times. There's barely any space to stretch. If you come at a time that's not busy, then it's amazing.

Staff is great, equipment is in great condition and is well maintained. Facility is always clean. The membership rates are very low. I highly recommend this gym.

I have been coming here twice a week for two months already. So far so good. Lost 10 lb or so.Pluses: high intensity cardio workouts, supportive coaches with positive attitude, nice music selection and plenty of morning and evening options on the schedule to choose from. I have been doing 3G, a mix of three stations in rotation: rowing machine, weight floor (dumbbells, TRX, steps) and treadmill. Great if your goal is to lose some weight and/or work on cardio and endurance.Neutral: mask on policy with a proof of vaccination or a negative test on hands. They do not use all stations they have, assigning people to every other station, which helps with crowd control a bit.Potential minuses: workouts can get monotonous over time, lack of ‘just weights’ options. They introduced something called Lift not so long ago, haven’t tried it yet to share my personal impression. Good thing to have to break the usual cardio routine if you can reserve a spot well in advance.PS something that I forgot about but worth mentioning. They offer heart rate monitors to rent or purchase to help you stay above your normal heart rate level to ensure increased metabolism after workout. Used it once and decided that if one can push himself, there’s no need in having this device. Although, it can come handy as an additional stimulus to stay out of the comfort zone or if concerned about potential heart problems.

Just started at ORF because my old gym closed after 17 years. I like OTF, I thought it would be boring with just three modes of exercise, but the intensity and variety of exercises, the addition of different upper body exercises is great, since by definition, rowing and treadmill are essentially leg exercises, adding upper body is key. I used to be a competitive cyclist, so intensity is really important. The staff is really easy to work with, they are extremely helpful and explain as needed. The app scheduling is a real game changer, so easy to find a workout wherever I am. Oh, and coach Serena Tedesco is so awesome, fun and motivating to work with. Haven't met the other coaches yet, I am sure they will also be great.

OTF as a gym is quite good, has good instructors, nice equipments and overall, great place to get supplemental cardio/workout. The music is really good, staff and instructors are friendly, and knowledgeable. However, their policies are callous and foolish. Their cancellation policy is 30 days, so you have to 'cancel' it before the previous billing cycle ends. This is well, quite moronic and don't make sense at all. There is another option to 'freeze' your account which, for some unknown reason, will cost you $15 and is available only for 2 months. All of this is quite archaic and extremely bounding for such a fitness club which claims itself to be quite modern. My gf and I joined the club together a couple of months back, but recently, she got an injury on her foot, which led her to skip 5/8 classes for the month. The only option to retain those classes is to freeze the account which is gonna cost $15 and while we were ready to bear the costs, and presented the doctor's note, they still went ahead and charged us and gave us new classes. The communication channel is purposefully murky, to draw out as much money as possible.Apart from that, they have some silly policies regarding time where you can't be more than 5 mins late, but many times classes have started more than 5 minutes late themselves, even going as far as 10 min for a couple of times.

I think for the most part, this'll be an effective training regime.Just keep in mind that the entire mindset and direction of the training is "aggressive". From the music to the actual structure. No time is given to form, it's all about reaching 'zones'. Also, come knowing how to exercise, the coach will show the group once and you're left to your own devices, and a TV showing some form of what you need to do.So you can do something completely incorrectly (potentially injuring yourself) and its great, as long as you reach the required 'zone'..The classes are also huge, so don't expect 1-on-1 coaching. Our first class was a mixture of bewilderment and watching what other people do.Also, you'll be spending the majority of your time on the treadmill, so get ready to run, and run, and run.My wife enjoyed it, but I left about 3qrts through... the loud voice over the loud music over the anxiety of trying to keep up, was all a bit much for me.Some folks will love it, others (like me) will dislike immensely. It's had excellent equipment with outstanding cleanliness and front desk service.

Everything about OTF and the Bellevue studio is amazing!! I absolutely love that I can show up each day with a different workout ahead of me, specifically complimenting other workouts we’ve done that week. Also, the staff and coaches at Bellevue are top notch! It is so nice to walk in to such friendly faces that are always extremely kind + the coaches all know how to get in there and motivate the heck out of you!

Orangetheory Fitness is the best thing that has happened to my health and fitness, hands down! I love that you their heartrate monitor approach allows you to compete with yourself, not others. The coaches, especially here at Bellevue, are so knowledgeable. You really get the benefits of personal coaching without the price tag. The front desk and management are friendly, helpful, and up beat. Every month there is a new challenge, game, or theme day to keep you engaged. The app helps you keep up with your progress. The pricing is very much inline with other boutique gyms but so worth it! Give it a shot and tell them I sent you! LOL...
