I just tried out a free first class! Super fun and the best part is how friendly the staff is! I am a complete beginner but they were able to give me direction and teach me proper form. No judgements only encouragement! And a good work out. I recommended it to anyone looking for a nice workout class!

The male owner, Andrew Brown, is one of the most over-aggressive and unpleasant business owners I've ever had to deal with.The classes themselves were fine. They are cardio centric and family friendly which wasn't what I was particularly looking for. When I tried to cancel my membership, due to some of the employees communicating to me that I could at anytime before I signed up, Andrew Brown gave me significant push back, nasty looks, and engaged with me as if he was attempting to intimidate me to stay. I have never met a more immature and unprofessional man in my life. I would never recommend this gym to anybody solely because of him.

I had a great first time experience. I went with my friend for a Saturday morning kickboxing class and everyone was extremely nice and helpful. Workout was just what I needed, challenging and effective. I felt amazing after my first session and overall super eager to start working out again.The lady who taught the class was awesome as well, made everyone feel confident that we CAN do it and took the time out at the end of the class to introduce herself. Good vibes in this place and will be looking forward to go again next Saturday!

I love coming here to get a good workout in. The instructors are great and always super encouraging. It can get a little packed at night, but the mornings have a lot of room. Being able to drop in to any off the classes is really nice. They also offer a lot of classes so there is always a class available to fit your schedule. If you are looking for a fun cardio class, I would recommend Title!
