My partner and I went to this store regularly for a month and we do enjoy the workout. Trainers are good. However, the sales person, Andrew, is very rude when we told him we need to end the membership. My partner decided to give up this activity because of knee pain, and we agreed to pay for the month. We are only 3 days late than our 1 month notice and he is so angry. He kept questioning our decision on why we want to cancel and argued about that boxing is gonna help. He also kept saying that this is our problem and we never ever said we are not going to pay this month or ask for a refund. We just want to give the notice. He also mocked us and said that we are not even in the guy recently. However, my partner was there yesterday. I was sick for 2 weeks and seeing doctors regularly and I feel super offended when I heard what he said. This is the worst sale experiences that I have since I move to WA and I won't recommend this company to anyone who want a better customer service experience. If you speak Chinese, there is a salesman named Andrew in this store. We didn't ask for a refund, but just notified us that we would not come in the future, and started to say that we need to get a doctor's notice for a refund. Then all kinds of ridicules about us are not good enough, and we don’t insist on exercising. He thinks that boxing will definitely cure my partner’s knee pain. We never mentioned that we wanted a refund from the beginning to the end, it was entirely his own stress reaction. By the way, the smell of the equipment inside is extremely bad. If you don’t bring your own gloves and straps, you will be gone after punching. The coaches are really good, if you don't mind being ridiculed when you decide not to renew, then go for it.

Do not waste your time or money on this gym. They have no respect for the time people take out of their day to workout.

Wonderful place for fitness, especially for beginners and mediocre’s. Trainers answer all your questions and take good care. I would recommend for anyone.

I would never go back to this club again. The owner of the club is rude and gave me a hard time about canceling my membership. This has been my third rude interaction with him. His staff told me to simply call once I no longer wanted my membership to this club. I did this and he would not cancel my membership until a month later. I am going to sign up with the new Floyd Mayweather Boxing Club in Tukwila & I would encourage others to do so since this environment especially the owner doesn’t know how to talk to customers especially the ones who come from the BIPOC community. Don’t sign up with this club!! You will regret it.

Great work out family place. Good energetic teachers and helping hands. Could be a little more spacious because of Covid but over all its a healthy place to be in. Prices are great too. My kids love it. Unfortunately we moved far so couldn't continue.

Very professional and great coaches! They have plenty of time options from Monday- Sunday. If you are looking for a way to learn new boxing/kickboxing skills and get in shape this is for you.

I'm 3 weeks in and love it! This is a good start for someone who wants to pickup some martial arts skills and fitness or a great way of having fitness activities post day job which is not just a regular treadmill etc. Location in Redmond town center is super convenient as well as the booking process of spots (via mobile app). Since we're still in kind-of covid situation I specifically appreciate that club requires proof of vaxx and will continue requiring it.

A great, full body workout and not only feel but see!! Whether you are a beginner or advanced, you will leave feeling empowered, energized, and wanting to come back. Don’t know how to hand wrap? No problem, they will help until you are comfortable doing it on your own! Don’t know how to throw a hook? The instructor will break it down to help get the perfect form! Want more 1:1 training? They have it!! When they say full body workout, they mean it!
