I’ve never boxed in my life so I was super nervous coming in but Andrew was super personable and sweet. Scheduling wasn’t a problem and the session itself with Frank was informational and fun. If you’re just getting started I would come try it out :)

I started going to Title Boxing since beginning of this year and have truly enjoyed my time. Have loved doing classes with Coach Amanda, Coach Liz and Coach Frank. Andrew is really helpful and happy to help with anything related to the classes. I definitely look forward to my weekly classes!

The Title Boxing Redmond family genuinely care about seeing you become a better you, and I regret not joining much sooner. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and eager to help you learn. The gym itself is clean, spacious, and all-around ran exceptionally well by management in all aspects. Can't wait to be back👊

TITLE boxing has by far the best instructors / coaches. Though there might be 8 people in the class, they're able to focus on each of us individually to make sure we have the right technique. They are more than happy to stay after class and help refine our technique. And this is the only gym activity that has not resulted in an injury for my 65- year old body. Every single instructor is encouraging and inspiring. And Andrew, owner and instructor, is willing to work with us to give us the best deal he can. Going to TITLE boxing is truly a great experience.

Cancellation is painful.

I decided to write this super long review because I don’t think I deserve the owner Andrew’s unkind words.I booked my first class through ClassPass last month, and coach Adam tried to sell his 1-1 class, so I agreed to book his tryout 1-1 session and one boxing class on the following Sunday. But when I went there the next Sunday, it turned out that Adam completely forgot about our conversation. He didn’t show up at the gym at all and he told the owner that he didn’t book any session. Andrew then gave me a free 1-1 session, but I was still not very happy on the disrespectfulness. But I was very interested in boxing, and Coach Jessica was very nice in one of the classes I took, so I decided to buy an intro package of the personal trainings. When buying the package, I clearly said that I wanted to train with coach Jessica, and I booked one session on 03/12. But my arm was injured a couple of days before the session, so I called one day before to reschedule, and they told me that Jessica left and they arranged coach Madison to me. This is the second thing that makes me unhappy. No one cared to call and ask if I wanted to switch a coach when Jessica left. I had to call in myself to find out the truth. But this was not a very big deal, so I rescheduled the session to yesterday morning at 9:00am.But then last morning, I had to finish some work so I could not be there at 9:00am. I made many calls from 8:00 to 8:50. When finally someone called me back at 8:50, I asked if I could push the session to 9:30, he said yes no problem. But when I got there at 9:15, coach Madison was clearly unhappy and told me that “we only have 15 minutes left”. I blanked out for a second: didn’t I just called? Then Madison told me she had another client so she could not make it to 9:30. Then why did the person on the phone said yes?! I tried to communicate about rescheduling, she agreed but she kept stressing on me being late. I took her attitude, because indeed I was the one that gave a late notification and didn’t show up on time. But all the mess just made me hard to trust this gym, so I decided to cancel the whole package.HERE CAME THE DRAMA. Andrew said he would give me the refund, but at the same time kept blaming me on being late. I understood that it was my fault so I offered to pay for the 9:00am session and he could just give me the refund of the rest of the package. Here are his words, “No, I’m going to give you the full refund because I don’t want you to write some INAPPROPRIATE reviews.” What was this all about? He just assumed I was the hateful person who would retaliate in such a way. This is just RUDE. There is no need to throw me such an attitude, we could have a nicer conversation. I tried to let him know that the whole communication made me very uncomfortable, but he interrupted and said “No you want to cancel just because you want your own way”. Well, I guess I’ll go with his assumption, which is to come here and speak up. Tbh, I never ever considered writing a review until this point. His attitude and words just irritated me.Overall, their lack of respect made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. But I’ll give stars to Coach Frank and Amanda because I did enjoy their classes. I also wanted to give credits to Andrew for giving me the full refund and helping me avoid financial losses. I booked another class on classpass yesterday , which I planed to attend after the 1-1. But after all of these happened, I didn’t want to stay in this gym anymore, so I asked them to cancel the class for me so that I don’t have to pay for the missing-class fee. And they did, so thanks for that.

Summary:Boxing wise OK.Cancellation is painful.Details:When you talk about cancellation they will trap you by suggesting you to freeze your account and come back later at a very small fee. I bet everyone might be taking it. Then when you realize you can not join due to your other commitments, and you notify them you want to cancel the membership, they will process the cancellation immediately and charge you for 1 month citing notice period is minimum 1 month. So for them its a good profit(1 month cancellation+ all these months account freezing fees). I had asked them over email if there was a fee for cancellation, but never got a response and even on phone(called after realizing they charged me) they lied me that they have not got any questions from me as such. Had I known they will charge me 1 month fee for the cancellation of a frozen account, I would have planned accordingly. In their contract they have not mentioned anything about cancellation policy for a frozen account, still they charged me.
