Me and 10 other people have gotten their windows broken into around midnight and they still haven't put a security guard out at night, when you come at night make sure to park in well lit areas

Bro planet fitness is were its at 24 7 i had severre hand surgery acouple months ago thought i would never use my hand again but planet fit got me up and goin again place is chill its a real spot to work out or relax if you a elite member you can use the awsome beds and chairs

They're open yet they do not answer their telephone. I have been trying ALL day. It's 5:30p now. Why have a telephone number provided if they don't pick it up? I don't live in Bellflower anymore and I need to speak to someone at this particular location because it is my "home" location. Very unprofessional on their behalf. So how is anyone suppose to get ahold of anyone there? Telepathically?

Great place to get a workout in, when you sign up you get tons of benefits and perks. Possibly the best feature comes in the app where it shows you how busy it is and predictions on when it'll pick up and slow down.

Brian Palacio, the Mgr, really helped us out. We wanted to transfer from another location. I was getting the run around from the other location. Today Brian ended my frustrations by fixing my problem. So grateful he took the time to help us!

They’ve opened up again since the lockdowns and you feel very safe and comfortable there. Staff walks around the gym to make sure masks are being worn and other staff walk around making sure gym equipment is sanitized.

The only reason I’m giving this planet fitness 5 stars is because of two Employees, Lennie and Reem these two are this faculties saving grace. If it wasn’t for these two the employee KEVIN would be there down fall, He’s rude, un-caring and has a really bad ego for someone so small.Lennie and reem are the best always nice and helpful, Kevin is rude if he worked for me I would have fired him.Don’t work in the customer service industry if you can’t handle it. I hope he reads this Kevin is a weak little boy with no respect!

I have been trying to cancel my account for over a year now and this place keeps coming up with excuses as to why I can’t and refusing to refund my money. I have sent emails on the planet fitness website and called multiple times and have been reassured by employees that i would be fine and that it is indeed cancelled and i should not be charged. Yet I received another charge on the 3/21 and when i contacted the location again they said they “are not refunding last month’s charges”. It is 4/13 not even a full month and they refuse to refund bc for whatever reason. This is not a place i would recommend or even want to be im contact with again. Go somewhere else.
