I absolutely love this Gym. The price is amazing. Bathrooms always clean and the staff is amazing and every time I come which is like 4-5 times a week there are different employees which are all nice not just to myself but to others walking in that I’ve seen. Monday’s and Tuesday’s are packed ( who wouldn’t come in those days after eating and partying on the weekend lol) FYI I’m talking about myself here. Other than those days all others are pretty good. I love the whole “ judgment free zone” cuz I do dance and weights.

I give it one star because of the price , otherwise it would be zero.The homeless people come in take a shower and leave the showers filthy. I was very cautious not to set my bag because I saw a roach and notified the staff. I mainly go around 3 am they have had issues with safety and only keep the automatic door open.The staff when I first joined was great ! It does not cost anything to greet your customers , half of the time they don't or act like it is a chore.The manager is rude and sets the example ! There is always homeless people hanging out in the parking lot.BE CAREFUL WATCH YOUR BACK ! There was one crazy lady tried to get it my car on the passenger side.I had pepper spray ready !!

Been going here for a few months now. I think it's definitely worth the value. It doesnt have all of the equipment and machines but they still have plenty enough to get a quality workout. The other members here seem like good people, everyone just minds their own business which is perfect, no gymtimidation whatsoever. There are a lot of negative reviews for this place, but I think these people are just expecting way too much from a gym that's only $10 a month. In my opinion it's a cool place and you get more than you pay for here. If you just want to have a peaceful workout in a clean and safe environment and don't mind waiting a little for some machines, then this is the place to go.Also. I'm not sure where all of these negative reviews about the employees are coming from. I think they are great, I'm always greeted when I walk in and thanked when I leave. Whoever helped me sign up was very friendly and professional. Not sure what else people want from them.

Hello, I usually don't write review, but I must tell everyone how clean this facility is. I used to attend 24 hour fitness for two years and LA Fitness for eight years. I have noticed that Planet Fitness has their gym cleaner than the competition. The locker rooms are spotless and equipment is clean as well. One thing that is always a plus is great and friendly staff which Planet Fitness has! I rate this location 5 stars!

While this tends to be my more frequent go-to, it does seem to need a little TLC. It can be hard to get a Smith machine, but the staff are great, and if you go at the right times, it's fairly empty.

2 years after I cancel my membership, I get a phone call stating I have a past due balance.. call gym in bellflower spoke to the rude employee name crystal wish transfer me to the manager name Donald told me this has never happened, obviously it has!!!! seen several reviews about same thing, coincidence I don't think so.. something happened to there computer system or else this would not happen 2 years later.. He end up telling me he will contact the district manager Jesse and call me back within 4 days.. ask if I could get Jesse's phone number in case I didn't get a call back..He gave me a google number with voice mail of Jesse Vargas, I left several messages, but no response from Donald manager bellflower gym or His superior Jesse Vargas, very frustrating... what a poor way to run a business very unprofessional and no sense of care...will continue to call till my issue resolved

Place is filthy. The bathrooms esp on on r not cleaned. Staff r rude and mgr and district mgr do nothing about it. The assistant mgr trys but gets no support from mgr.Staff spend time on floor talking w friends instead of replacing the paper towels or disinfectant spray

Stupid immature and unprofessional kids at Tue counter who have no idea whatsoever how to respect customers and call them by Mr. Or Madam instead of dog homey and other ridiculous stupid pin head non senses as if raised on the street with no education. Hmm mmmm I wonder if that's why they have to stand on their feet 4 hours a day making pennies in a dollar I wouldn't give a damn if minimum wage was $20/hr aint nothing worth standing up all damn day. And to make matters worse dummy's working at the counter with no business or customer service skills. Just, walk out the door and go home!!!!!!

My least favorite Planet Fitness in the area. It seems there's always a mess in the locker room and showers. I think the staff does ok. But it's more the patrons who disrespect the place. I want to ask them, is this how you live in your home?

Ive been coming to the gym several times a week and never had an issue with cleanliness, machines, members, staff, etc. There ARE peak times ofcourse, but its logical everywhere. Idk why ppl complain thats its busy. Try changing the time u go. Ive been in at busy times, and members are turning over equipment quick enough. So I dont have a wait time to use equipment. But I rather go in 6-7am and 9-11pm. Slower times. My prefference. The only thing I would like to see more of are trainers on the floor offering help or advice. There are some machines Id still like to use, but dont know how, & dont wanna look stupid figuring it out myself. Twice ive asked another member how to use a machine. But I still love the place
