This is OK. The customer service is at best average. The way they come across is not the friendliest. All the way up to the managers. There are some regular employees who are actually alot nicer than their bosses. Usually it's the other way around.

June 2017 - Terrible... the guy at the front desk was rude. Curly hair in ponytail. I walked in to see what i needed to join and the first thing i was greeted with was with no i cannot join and they have all these rules which he gave me flyers that said nothing on what he was saying. All the members facing the door working out looked miserable. Prob looking at me to walk out and not make the same mistake. I walked out bummed and glad i didn't join a rude staff group.

Love this gym. Very clean and the employees are awesome martha from night shift makes me want to keep coming back. She gives out great motivation. She goes the extra mile to put a smile on people face

The workers may have there one in a million good worker but they are way to emotional. Male or female, they straight up need an attitude adjustment. The payment plan is a straight up lie too ! Not just $1 down. Or just $10 to $20 a month. Please, if you have the money and a good source of transportation use another gym.

I go, work out and leave. There's always an available bike or treadmill. The lunk alarm is unnecessary and goes off even when they lightly put the weights down and I honestly don't believe it should exist especially since we all pretty much walk around in our own little worlds. The locker room is pretty clean however they definitely need paper products so we can wipe off the counters. I've seen bad reviews about this location but obviously haven't had the same experience. I'd recommend for newbies, cardio lovers and ppl like me that generally enjoy a simple workout.

Good place for beginners, but once you start getting serious they start turning the lunk alarm on you. Was warned for slamming the dumbbells after my sets which is sometimes unavoidable when you're doing heavy weights. On the set after that I tried to put them down slowly to avoid slamming them and I ended up injuring my wrist cause of the heavy weight. If you want to do cardio it's good, but nothing serious for someone who wants to lift heavy. They only have smith machines so forget about doing bench press, deadlifts, and squats cause the smith machine is no good for those.Their whole lunk alarm, pizza and bagel days is ridiculous for a gym.Moved on to a better gym.

For those who say they have pizza days, I want to know when and where cause I haven't seen pizza days at all. Planet fitness is a good gym, it's a basic gym that has everything you need. They haven't over charge me at all and they are always clean. I'm also part of LA Fitness just in case you are wondering.

Cool spot to get a workout. It does get crowded at night. Plenty of parking. I like is that its open 24/7. They have alot of weight machines, dumbbells, and cardio machines. During the weekends its really empty.I wish the shower area would be cleaned more and shower curtains replaced more often.I never had any issues with staff and when I cancelled my membership I was not given a hard time. When ever I wanted to make changes to my account there was never an issue. Very friendly staff.No bench press, so you have to use smith machines to bench press and squat.Only reason I left is because the YMCA was much closer to my house (less than 1 mile).Lunk alarm is NOT that serious/annoying! This gym is great for beginners! Price is low!

24 hour fitness never duplicated my bank account like Planet Fitness has. I signed up in April and they have been debiting duplicate charges of $19.99 every month and they do not know what to do. LOL. you call them to correct it and they play crazy like they don't know whats going on. October 2nd my account wasn't duplicated this time, it was just one charge of $39.00 lol. At first they tried to get me off the phone by telling me its the yearly fee. But I paid that on 6/2/2014. Transfers me to the "BILLING DEPT" and they cant even see what transactions they take out. Be careful providing your bank account info. I am just going to go get a pre-paid card just for them. I am paying 24 hour fitness prices I might as well go back as Planet fitness are making their own charges.

After seeing the billboard, for $10.00 a month, I went in to join and it was ALSO $20.00 start up fee and $29.00 annual fee. No where does it say that on the billboard, even in fine print. So I left :(.. The staff were very nice, but unfortunately appears to be a bait and switch so I'm a little hesitant of what else may happen. I guess I'll need to wait a little longer.
