I went to JP Fitness to see Cody for an assisted stretching session, we went over my workout routines and overall movement patterns and he had suggested PNF and static stretching to be ideal. AMAZING RESULTS just after 1 session ✨ my coach said ROM had improved and physically I felt a lot less fatigued. As a powerlifter it's an amazing feeling to have an even deeper stretch than what I can do alone, and for that I thank you!

I've been coming to JP Fitness and working with Cody for a while now and have seen results that make me want to keep coming back. I look forward to the days I have session with him. The gym is always clean, and ready to work out in. Very happy with my decision try this place out.

JP Fitness is a great gym! Very comfortable laidback environment, very welcoming staff. I personally work with one of their personal trainers Kalista, and she is Amazing! After a serious back injury I was looking for, not only recovery, but to also feel better than before. Kalista has been nothing but patient, kind, and up building throughout my journey. She has a wealth of knowledge that has been so helpful for me to stay excited and motivated in my program. I highly suggest Kalista And JP Fitness to anyone looking to start their physical fitness journey but unsure where to start.

The gym is great it's got everything you could ever want for equipment. If you need a trainer Jeni Bacon is the BEST! She's tough but fun and is amazing at working on your individual goals.

Jeni is an amazing personal trainer, I have worked with her when my routine was in a rut or I stopped seeing results and need a push. She has a good balance of pushing you harder then you’d push yourself (hence why I hire her) but not too hard where I’m counting the minutes until I’m done. She loves what she does and really partners with clients to get results.

Pedro manages to make a hard workout fun! I highly recommend him as a trainer and his Saturday morning class is my go to now. He’s also great at allowing for modifications depending on your fitness level. If you are looking for a weekly class with a great community you should definitely give him a shot!

My son has recently started working out with Cody at JP Fitness. Cody is always so positive and encouraging! Trey has gained so much confidence and looks forward to going to see Cody. He has even asked to increase his weekly sessions! Cody is a great trainer and coach for the youth wanting to learn how to work out safe and effectively!

This gym is amazing and I’m so glad I found it! The owner is super nice and showed me around and explained all the membership and training options - very low pressure. He suggested a trainer for me and I decided to go for it. Shelby is the perfect fit for me! She listened to my goals and set me up on an excellent training program. She is patient and encouraging.Everyone there makes you feel so comfortable. They have great equipment and it’s not a pretentious atmosphere whatsoever. If you’re insecure about lifting, this gym is a great fit and I highly recommend Shelby as a trainer!Edit: Shelby took a step back from training, so I was recommended to try Kalista and she is equally as awesome!! Really focuses on proper form to avoid any injury. She is so patient and encouraging. I highly recommend her as well!

If you're looking for a personal trainer then you have to book a session with Shelby Hollister! I can't believe the progress I've made and couldn't ask for a more supportive and relatable trainer. I look forward to my sessions and the way she always pushes me to be my best!
