Came into JP fitness to work with Cody from macro nerd fitness today, and I left feeling great! He was able to explain the exercises in a way that made since to me. The gym was awesome and had so much different equipment! I can’t wait to start my transformation program!! Also I got an assisted stretch after words, I have never had a professional stretch done to me before, safe to stay I’m good!!! JP FITNESS is a 10/10 💯

It's spacious with clean equipment, friendly staff, and a wide array of exercise equipment to suit your every need.My personal trainer is Shelby Hollister and she has been instrumental in helping me achieve new personal records in workouts such as squats, deadlifts, bench, and more. She is personable with a great attitude and ability to push you to new heights in your fitness journey. I highly recommend her!The owner, John Peters, has always made me feel welcome and has created a great atmosphere to workout in. Again, if you are searching for a gym that combines a comfortable setting with a terrific staff, this is the place to go.

I’ve been training at JP Fitness for about a year now and I LOVE that I don’t walk into a packed gym environment that’s intimidating and overstuffed. I train with Shelby and Scott. Shelby’s approach to training is so refreshing and I absolutely love the way she encourages me and pushes me to try hard, every time I’m there! Training with a woman helps me reach my goals quicker And she makes me laugh when I’m not catching my breath! I also train with Scott who has such a keen sense of how the body works in harmony. He pushes me because he knows I can and I deeply appreciate the confidence he instills in me. Seeing Shelby and Scott is the perfect balance for me and I can’t say enough positive things about both of them.

I am no stranger to strength training, but wanted to kick it up a notch. I have been using Shelby H as my personal trainer for several months now, and have been so thrilled with seeing how much strength I have gained.As a busy mom, I enjoy that the workouts are a quick 30 minutes, and yet are incredibly effective. I also now have a better understanding of my own capabilities when I do my individual workouts on the days i am not training with Shelby.Shelby has the perfect balance of gentleness, while also pushing you to be your very best. I always look forward to my weekly session with Shelby!

Shelby is fantastic to work with. She is so patient and compassionate in all things personal training. She knows how to kick your a$$ when necessary!! I have known her since she got her certification and have seen her grow and bring her best in everything. Working out with her levels you up to feel stronger both physically and mentally.I love that she has meal prep options, curated each week that best suits and helps her clientele. This is a great gym with a private setting and a good amount of equipment to choose from. Good group classes and several private trainers with varied services. Highly recommend it!
