Have been using this location for years and think it is the best. I did look around about a year ago and there was nothing to match this gym. Trainers are outstanding, very clean, equipment is all good, people are friendly, there really is nothing comparable that I have found. It is the best.

The training has been excellent. They do workouts appropriate for your current fitness level. They accommodate any aches and pains you may have. We steadily increased the weights and did new exercises as I progressed and now I’m feeling great and in really good shape. I definitely recommend training there for any fitness level, from beginner to body builder.

Highly recommend working with John. He worked with me throughout my entire pregnancy, from 2 months until a week before my baby was born. He was great about focusing on moves that were safe for pregnancy but also challenging enough so I was still getting a good workout.

I love working out with JP. I knew I needed to start strength training in order to maintain muscle as I age, but was so intimidated. John was more than willing to start off where I was comfortable, and work up from there. He is so easy to work with and explained everything, so that I avoided injury but got the most out of every work out. I am so lucky to have found him, and his gym is so convenient!
