OC sports performance is the best gym in america. The owner Sean is the funniest person on this planet and they have all helped me tremendously on my fitness journey. My vert increased by 8 inches my bench by 60 lbs and my squat by 90 lbs. I would give this place 10 stars if i could.

I have been going to OC Sports Performance for almost 5 years now and it has been amazing for me. I get noticeably stronger and faster every year and highly recommend checking it out.

I went to OC for just over a year leading up to when I left for college. I attribute so much of my success to Sean and this sports performance program. Training there has played a major factor in my ability to compete in Divison I volleyball. Sean seriously knows what he’s doing. Even in just the two months I was home for summer, I made big improvements with PRs. The numbers don’t lie. Not only did the program help me get stronger, but it also helped grow my love for lifting. The gym is also just an overall positive environment to be in. I would look forward to going in there and seeing Sean and the other athletes. I love working out here! The atmosphere is amazing and everyone helps each other out. I have been coming here about 8 months now and my soccer endurance and speed has improved tons. I am playing soccer in college and I feel prepared thanks to CrossFit and Coach Sean.

Training within the Sport Performance program at Oregon CrossFit has made me the best athlete I could ever be. I have never been stronger, faster, or more agile. Sean has worked with me for over four years and in my time there I have not once experienced any injuries while teammates around me have had torn ACL‘s, and other season or career ending injury’s. He works on both the preventative measures of being an athlete as well as the physical ones. Sean is someone that you wanna show up every day for and work hard for. I would not be as successful as an athlete or even playing at the collegiate level without Sean’s help. I recommend this place for any athlete, who is seriously considering playing at collegiate level, or want to excel within their own field. This Sport Performance program is one of a kind not something you find anywhere else within the Bend.

I have been taking the OC Sports Performance class for about 6 years. Its been crazy to watch how both the program, as well as my own athletic capabilities, have evolved in sports training. Sean Wells genuinely cares about every athlete that walks through the door and supports them in the gym and outside the gym. He has become a friend and mentor for me in supplementing my work done on the field. Thank you Sean and OC Sports Performance for everything you have done and will continue to do for me in the future!

I joined OC sport’s performance program the summer going into my senior year, and ever since my strength and speed has consistently improved drastically. The competitive, but positive and encouraging environment is one of my favorite things about it here as well. Coach Sean has kept me accountable in the gym, and helped me so much on and off the soccer field. I honestly don’t think I would be going to play collegiate level soccer if I hadn’t started coming here. Joining OC sports performance was one of the best decisions I have ever made and would highly recommend it to ALL athletes looking to take huge leaps in their sport!

OC sports performance is simply the best. Sean has increased my speed, strength, and vertical exponentially, which has undoubtedly helped me with my sport. He knows exactly how to get results with utmost efficiency, and he's also hilarious. I'm so grateful for the impact Sean and OC has had on my life; I couldn't recommend it more.

OC Sports Performance has allowed me to excel as a human and an athlete. Sean Wells specifically has taught me what it is like to be an elite athlete, and get me to the place I am today. I would not be going on to play collegiate soccer if it weren’t for Sean Wells and his programming. The competitive, yet supportive environment of OC sports performance is exactly what kids and young adults need to become successful in any sport. Sean keeps his athletes committed and accountable for their own actions, creating healthy habits from an early age. I have gone consistently to this gym for the last 4 years and can still say to this date, that coming to this gym was one of the best decisions in my life.

I started training 8th grade initially for soccer with a couple of my girlfriends and my brother started a couple months before me, it soon became a lifestyle as I saw started seeing improvements when I played. When soccer season was over i kept coming back to oc throughout my ski race season. I felt stronger and more confident with my skiing then ever before and for the first year ever made it to western regionals, which was really exciting!! I’m now in college and one of the things I’m looking forward to most after school ends is coming back to the gym and getting back into the routine.
