It was my first class today. Front desk helpers, Natalie and Emily, were above and beyond welcoming and helpful. I would go here just to be welcomed every morning by a smiling face!!!

I'm disappointed that I have to leave this review as some of the coaches are really great. However, Taylor might be the worst coach/instructor/communicator I have ever come across. She is the the definition of a dictator and if you need to make any modifications whether it's due to injury or chronic issues, she will embarrass you in front of the class and basically say it's "her way or the highway." On top of that, to gain people on her side, she will attack your character and lie to the other employees. It's extremely sad to see such a great barista (yes, barista, as thats her background without any health/fitness experience or knowledge) make those that are on their fitness journey feel like garbage. So if I can recommend one thing, take any classes but Taylor's if you want to succeed on your journey and not feel terrible about yourself. In response to the owners response:I should have stated that this review was written on behalf of a long time member if OTF Bend, and the fact that you mention knee and plantar issues with regards to my comment about modifications, you know exactly the member I am referring to.I wouldn't expect you to agree with me with regards to Taylor's inability to show any kind of compassion or consideration, as you are the "owner" and have a reputation to uphold. With that said, as I don't feel the need to repeat myself, if anyone wants an truly accurate review of Taylor, please see above.PS - I know multiple that have passed those exams and certifications you mentioned with ease. No need to try to make it sound like it's a major accomplishment. :)

I absolutely love Orange Theory Bend! The front desk people are always going out of their way to accommodate anyone's needs. All the coaches (I have had) know how to bring the energy to any room, no matter how many classes they have taught that morning. I have a background in fitness coaching and I give these guys a 11/10!

Awesome atmosphere. Make sure you get yourself a pair of green shorts…they look awesome under the orange lights. Music is great. The workouts are always different and all the trainers really work hard. On a scale of 1-10 Karen gets an Eleventeen…Taylor does too. Steph just gets a 10 cause she makes us do burpees…like all the time.

The instructors really push and motivate you, and everyone in the class has the drive to work hard which brings up the positive energy to get through a hard workout. It's not boring, great motivating music, and it's a full body workout that I'd never be able to do on my own without a structured class.

I can’t say enough good things about OTF Bend. As a community we are so fortunate to have OTF and most importantly, our OTF coaches and staff. That said, I would like to highlight Taylor. I had the good fortune of being in Taylor’s 1st class (1000+ classes ago now I believe). Taylor was great on Day 1 and has grown into one of the best coaches OTF Bend has had. This is no easy feat given the caliber of coaches we are so fortunate to have here in Bend. Taylor’s energy, kind spirit, and true passion for her profession set her apart from others in her field. I know I am one of many members that would agree, Taylor is a tremendous asset to this wonderful group of coaches!
