Great accountability to see how hard you’re working every second of the work out. So challenging yet customizable for everybody from beginners to elite athletes. Nobody tracks and keeps a record of your physiological performance like orange theory.

Visiting from my home studio in Reno. Staff made my hubby and I feel very welcome - special shout out to Zack at the front desk and Coach Emily for pushing us hard on a power day! Great energy, great team and clean studio! Way to rock it!

Waitlists can be 45 people deep, three weeks in advance. Super hard to get into classes. Constant issues with their mobile app, can only login and see my classes 10% of the time. If you’re on the unlimited plan and you don’t cancel within a day, they charge you an additional $12 on top of your monthly cost. I would often go to cancel a class in the app and the app would be broken and I couldn’t cancel and I would be charged. If you want to spend over $200/month on an average workout you could do at another gym in their free workout classes, then go ahead. But it really is a waste of money.

Love OTF, I love the coaches, the how you can push yourself more than you ever thought you could and its just a great way to start your day! I had lost 30 pounds while doing OTF and then had to have surgery (not due to OTF) but now I am back and loving it all over again!

The OTF Bend location was large and could accommodate a lot of people. The coach was encouraging and played great music. They also made visitors feel very welcome.

I loved the high energy as well as attentiveness from the staff! The workout was so much fun, I didn't feel bored at all. The staff made sure I was understanding of what I had to do because it was my first workout. I'll for sure be back! <3

I like that all I have to do is show up. I don’t have to plan what exercise I’m doing each day. OTF has it planned out and each day is different. I like the coaches and staff too, they're all really positive and seem genuinely happy to be there. The app is great in terms of scheduling. When I book space in a class and it's on my calendar, it gets done. Prior to joining OTF I was more likely to waffle out, even if I had "planned" on exercising that day.

Orange Theory has made a difference in both body and mind. It's been a life changing and positive experience for sure to see my body change before my eyes. Not to mention, extra energy and positive mindset. I can't say enough about the coaches at Orange Theory. 5+++++🌟's to the whole team at OT. Thank you for helping me succeed and kicking my but every day I'm there!👏🙌💪🏋️♀️

Super great workout! Being able to see your progress is really awesome. I love the emails showing your calories burned, steps, heart rate, etc. that you grt after each workout too. I'm so glad I tried OTF and have definitely found my new place to workout. No need to look any further, this is it!

I had never been to a group workout prior to joining OTF Bend when it opened last fall. After a year of attending classes, I still love going to class. The coaches in Bend are the best I've experienced ( I've visited a half dozen other studios now ) and they always make the workouts fun and help ensure proper form. I'm by far in the best shape I have been in years, and the OTF Bend family has played a huge role in my transformation. If you are unsure of what it is all about, take the free class and give it a try!
