I love everything about OTF. It pushes me and keeps me motivated, but also teaches me to listen to my body through the heart rate monitor. I’m not typically a hardcore exercise person, but the format and vibe of OTF has changed that for me. I hate when I have to miss it. The coaches are great, the front desk is always friendly. It means so much that they work to learn all of our names. I just love it.

Great workout, I would not push myself this hard without it! The real-time feedback from the heart rate monitor has been very helpful in both pacing and pushing myself during workouts. Just as important, though, is the incredible support provided by the team at OTF Bend.

Coaches are knowledgeable and get to know the class participants - they drive us in respectful and fun ways to do more, give it our all. But also know our limitations, injuries, life, so understand when we need to alter, backdown, slowdown. It’s an amazing workout in an exceptionally clean studio with great people!!! Results will always show up if you show up!!!

OrangeTheory Fitness is amazing. Everything from the front end staff to the coach and everything in between are wonderful. The coaches provide helpful tips and make you want to strive for greatness. The workout room is clean and the workouts are fun and challenging. The people that are in working out with you are amazing and inviting. If you get an opportunity to try it you should go for it.

I love Bend OTF! Besides the coaches being great, it’s is one of the most motivating fast paced workouts you can get. It’s as challenging as you make it for yourself. The heart rate monitors in the big screen give you a little extra push to keep pace with others and also yourself. Love this workout even after a decade of doing it!

This is a great gym! The workouts are challenging and scalable, the coaches are fun, and the community challenges are super motivating. I’ve had great interactions with the manager here who went out of her way to make sure I felt supported and included. As someone who has struggled to exercise in the past, this gym has been a game changer for me!
