I love the variety of the workouts so that even when I go daily I'm doing something slightly different and the coaches are great for keeping us motivated. I'm also motivated by the fact that I burn 500 calories a class.

Literally everything about OTF is amazing. Their coaches are encouraging and enthusiastic, I love that they take the time to get to know their regulars and call us out to push harder. I have not felt stronger or more confident and I owe it all to OTF.

Hands down, the best gym intro I have experienced. Warm welcome by the staff who made sure I was well informed of the process.I loved the efficiency of the workout, with stats available at a glance to help maintain that efficiency throughout the workout.Love it.

Loved the coaching from Sarah. Class was easy to follow, had clear instruction and made the game of getting fit fun and super easy. All one would have to do is show up! Alison who walked me through the ins and outs of OT was awesome as well. All in all a great experience.

OTF Bend is the best OTF out there. I've visited multiple OTF gyms in my travels, and honestly probably wouldn't have joined if I hadn't started at this one. The staff is hands-down the best (at the desk and on the floor); they are accommodating and informative, and they really try to do what they can for customers. Taylor is manager and he is phenomenal! Now the important part: the workouts! The trainers there are diverse in their approaches and personalities, so try every one of them! They will work you hard, monitor your technique and safety, and provide modifications if you have any injuries or particular areas of difficulty. The best part of this gym, though, is that even though you are given TOUGH workouts, everyone is encouraging and never judgmental. You are in a group setting, but honestly no other member is watching you or making you feel horrible about yourself. You go in, work at your pace, and do what you can within your limits. Everyone else is there doing the same thing. And this is a gym for everybody - from weightlifters and marathon runners to your average person looking for fun or a way to lose weight. You'll meet all of those people at every workout!

I love the staff--Taylor, all the front desk personnel--Amanda, Maddy, Tiana, Robert, etc., all the coaches-Stephanie, Alyssa, Lauren, and Monica. I feel supported and cared for by them. They go out of their way to create community, which means a lot to me, especially since I just moved here 3 months ago. I truly enjoy the challenge and variety of each class. I also appreciate using the heart rate monitor as that is the smartest way to get the most out of the workout.
