I’ve been a member at this snap location for 7 years. Throughout the years, they’ve been fine. Frequently having out of order bathrooms and/or showers, and at least 1 machine out of order at all times.I haven’t been to the gym since February 2023, and requested a refund (or at least a partial refund) of some sort for the 4 months I haven’t been in, and they refused. They’re more than capable of doing so, but just don’t want to. They don’t really seem to care about the loyalty or their customers and providing the best service.I’ve also contacted them numerous times over the years to update my contact information, yet they still use an old email and phone number that doesn’t belong to me.Canceled my membership and will be taking my business elsewhere.
