Very close, easy to access, my issues are while it has one of everything, it’s a small space and you don’t want to encroach on anyones workout.My biggest gripe is the energy there is just very negative, completely silent with tons of emotionless faces not looking to be friendly.

Every time I come here the treadmills, the stair stepper, and other things are broken. It’s dirty and cold most of the time. And the lights also don’t stay on if you’re the only one working out. Worst gym in bend ):

Extremely dirty gym. I have left several notes and spoken with the manager about cleanliness and have seen zero improvement over the course of several months. Cleaning supplies include rags and spray bottles that often end up on the floor without the option to replace the rags.Lots of the equipment could use updating.Went to other snap fitnesses for the past 5 years and liked them. Moved recently and this one is unfortunately the closest. Planning to cancel my membership as I am not sure what my money is going towards.

My wife and I really enjoyed being members at Snap fitness in Bend for 2+ years. Convenient location, decent equipment selection, open 24/7, and a good price. However the gym can get quite busy during peak hours and equipment is often broken/out of service. The only reason we are no longer members here is due to a move out of town.Snap Fitness in Bend is all around a pretty decent gym.

Very poor management. I have had trouble tracking down employees during business hours. Multiple issues with membership including being locked out, and not able to use the gym for days on end becuase of poor communication and lack of ability. These issues would be very easily resolved if anyone who cared at all was apart of this establishment.

Love coming here with my partner, running the treadmills, watching House-Swap reality shows, and taking on the Stair Stepper. Comfortable environment with big windows where seasoned gym folk and newbs like me can work out in peace.

Great price. I like that there are TVs in front of cardio machines. Convenient layout of the weight machines...arm and leg stuff mostly grouped together. Its always clean when I go in. Feels newer than Juniper and ACB. Customer service is a bit lacking. They don’t have a cancelation policy if you move out of state.
