Snap Fitness Bend - Northeast

This facility is very clean and comfortable to be around unlike a lot of gyms I have been to in the past. The staff is very helpful and very nice and willing to work with you. I highly recommend this snap location.

STAY AWAY - Predatory Deceptive Marketing, very sleazy business plan! Cannot be trusted, they engage in the most despicable 'bait & switch' tactics. To wit: I bought a 30 day trial membership online but when I tried to use it, I was denied entry to the gym. I was told I had to give them my credit card number and sign up for a monthly membership @ $49 a month to use my already pre-paid 30 day membership! When I persisted, the exceedingly rude manager threatened to call the police! So I left, and called the company headquarters in Minnesota and was told that I was most certainly entitled to use my 30 day membership and that the local franchisee could not require my credit card or a signed membership agreement first before I was allowed into the gym. So I went back the next day, and, I'll tell you this - the young lady serving as the manager must have been trained by the sleaziest dishonest corner used car lot or cell phone plan seller as again she absolutely refused to allow me to use my 30 day membership card. When I pointed out that I had already called the corporate headquarters to straighten this out she relented but said she'd only give me 7 days - even though I paid for 30!When I told her she was completely wrong she suggested that a number of 'big strong local cops work out there too' so I guess she was saying she'd have the police beat me up! I cannot believe that sort of behavior in a commercial establishment. Needless to say, I have nothing good to say about these people, how they treat the public or do business. Any business that must resort to such underhanded false marketing and then such abusive behavior is one that deserves to fail!Actually, I don't know how to adequately express my disgust towards this business, the second time I tried to call the company headquarters I simply got a mechanized voice mail and my calls were never returned.There are plenty of good gyms in the Bend area - no need to do business with these pirates!

New User. Initial impressions positive. Good array of equipment and weights. Equipment is generally clean and in good repair. 24 hour access.Seems a good location to come in and get a workout. Not a social hangout.Good value

They have a great monthly rate and offer a wide array of machines and ellipticals. At peak hours it may be hard to get on a machine or find a set of weights but during the off hours you could potentially be the only one in there. I appreciate the private key entrance but make sure you don't forget it! Otherwise you are making a trip back home to get it. Speaking from experience. If you enjoy taking classes this location does offers a few but at an additional $10/session. Overall this location has served me well!

My wife and I love having a membership to SNAP Fitness. The 24 hour perk is incredibly convenient to us allowing us to work out no matter what comes about during the work day. We love the fact that no matter what time we workout, we can usually jump on any machine we want with no wait time unlike other gyms. The gym itself is organized and very clean. The other members that I have encountered seem to be very nice and courteous. If you are on the fence for joining a gym I would highly recommend checking SNAP out!

convinient, great price and no waiting for machines/equipment. great for the individual with a busy work schedule. and the cheapest tanning in town! highly recommend.

I enjoy working out at this gym. It is small but it has plenty of equipment and it is well maintained. Very clean! Faculty is very nice!

Great gym! Clean, quiet, good balance of cardio vs weight training equipment. Friendly staff. Could use a couple more changing areas for the busy times.

Great location and great equipment. Monthly membership is definitely affordable and worth every penny! You also have 24 hour access, which is very helpful during the week and on weekends. Great atmosphere as well!

Snap Fitness on 4th and Boyd Acres is a great place to work out! I'm there about 4 days a week and usually able to get on the machine of my choice with no waiting. The staff is EXCELLENT - friendly and knowledgeable!!!
