Maxx Fitness Clubzz Bethlehem offers a spacious workout environment located at The Shops at Bethlehem. It provides a variety of equipment and classes, making it attractive for both intermediate gym-goers and those looking for specific classes like Zumba. My mom and I came here for a few months and when we signed up we were never told that there was an outrageous cancellation fee or that we would have a yearly fee that had to be paid even if we cancelled. So now I'm going to college and can use their gym for free, we have to pay almost $130 in fees because their worker was at the end of her shift and didn't want to take the time to go through what the cancellation entailed.

Very friendly staff and my experience with the personal training was good. Staff pays good attention to their clientele and the class instructors (sometimes-not every day) encourage people from the gym floor to participate in a class which is nice and makes you feel apart of a gym that cares about you.Downsides: They close early on the weekends and the red plastic carpet seems to retain moisture and scent. It always feels humid and smells musky in the gym.

Great gym. I just hate when broken machines take too long to fix.

It's a good place to work out. The only thing is that the staff doesn't tell you everything about the gym unless you pay for a trainer.

I am at Maxx at least 3 times a week. It is always clean, the staff is friendly. If there is a problem with equipment it gets fixed in a timely manner.

The gym itself is great, but I had an awful personal training experience. Long story short, I had a trainer that went MIA, and I had to fight higher management to let me use my remaining 7 sessions - in which they only allowed me to use 4.

The staff are unprofessional and I'm surprised that the female trainers are out of shape. The male gym goers are desperate, aggressive, lonely and looking to hookup or whatever. Had two losers (male gym goers) within 2 days back to back bother me. I'll go for now but will cancel my membership very soon.
