This gym has charged me hundreds of dollars that I do not owe them! The first time was when I first started there. The second time was right around Christmas and today was the third time! I am infuriated! There is no number to corporate. No manager was available to speak to! And.... It takes days upon days to get my money back! I am a single mother who went to go food shopping and now I can't even do that because they charged me an excessive amount of money for no reason! I will be cancelling my membership! I am infuriated!

Make sure you keep the membership cancellation confirmation that they give you when you cancel your membership. They will keep charging you.

Terrible membership cancellation. You should be allowed to cancel a membership without sending an address change form. Get with the times!!!

Decent gym, I would give it a higher rating but they changed their hours so I don't really go anymore.

Decent facilities but staff not helpful. Empty paper towels and spray bottles while they stand around and talk of on their phones. Sometimes open up late. Frustrating.
