If I could give a 0 I would. Called to cancel my membership and was told I just had to make the last payment. A year later I was contacted and threatened with collections. Management claims you can't cancel over the phone. Unfortunately it seems they don't tell their employees to tell you that. Apparently it's better business to rack up a debt on a customer that wanted to cancel. Poor customer relations. Read the fine print and don't fall victim. The management here doesn't care. The manager told me he had close to 100 calls a month about cancellations not being processed or not being told you have to come in. That tells you something.

All 3 local gyms are dirty. The spray bottles are very few and far in between as well as paper towel dispensers with anything in them. The employees are lazy and the equipment is dirty and falling apart. The hours are not convinient. I had the membership for a month and wanted to cancel. I was fine with paying the $58 to cancel. It wasnt until after I paid that I was informed that i would still have to pay the monthly fee since its a 30 day cancellation and then I would still pay the yearly fee as well. That puts me at over $137 for a membership I used maybe 6 times. This is completely unreasonable. They are not willing to work with me on it. I asked to speak with the manager to see if they could at least wave the yearly fee and I was told hes was not there even though the employee the previous day told me when I could reach him. I am very unsatisfied with the entire experience I had. I will never be a Maxx fitness member again.

Been a member since fall of 2017. It's not a bad spot for how cheap it is. People aren't all uppity if you drop weights on the floor, there are a bunch of serious lifters and a bunch of newbies so everyone is welcome and no one feels out of place. Place is loud but not so loud you can't hear the music in your headphones but loud enough that you won't hear anyone grunting. I'd give it a full 5 stars if they were still open 24 hours.

The hours were great when extended and 24 hours, now they are back to the same terrible hours but close an hour earlier during the weekdays than they used to..?

paper towels and spray are often empty but other than that perfect

I like going to the gym they have great stuff there. They also have no paper towels sometimes.

Be ware of this place. They get you on the back end with cancellation fees and making it very difficult to cancel your membership when you move away.

Amazing club. Perfect combo of being more serious than a planet fitness but also not full of steroid laden golds gym guys

I canceled my membership still gat charged for almost a year!!! I had to cancel my card to get the charges to stop...

Club was clean! Enjoyed my workout! Def would recommend! Alot of space full of more potential!
