I was charged $58 for a mistake they did. Went in to get my refund they told it will take 2 weeks never received it. Went in again then they told me it will take a month and almost a year later still havent received my refund smh

Toilets are broken. Can't use movie room for months. Waiting on projector im told. No big clock to glance at when in working out. Ridiculous! Get it together maxx fitness.

They charge a $39 maintanance fee annually. When they say the mongly fee is $10. Do not trust them. It is actually ~$14. They hid the fee in the contract without mentioning to you.

Nice place to work out. And it's in a nice area. Not in the hood like planet fitness where I think I'm gonna get shanked while doing squats. Does get really crowded at times but you can always use something to exercise.

Everyone who is complaining about broken equipment are most likely the ones who don’t know how to properly use the machines and break them. Overall the best chain gym I have been apart of. I wish Trexlertown didn’t have such a terrible layout but I make the extra 15 minute trip here becuz it’s worth it. Employees are all super friendly. My only recommendation would be to get more barbells. When people take them into the CrossFit room there are not enough out in the weight section.

The equipment is great as well as most of the staff. Disappointing is their maintenance. Not as clean as it once once. I used to go to the 4th Street location due to how close to my place, but very very dirty! Now it seems this location is catching up. Also, tanning beds have been broken for months!!!!! Fix them!! Its's part of the membership and you can't get in because they do not have enough!!!

I Drive by the “open 24 hours” billboard daily, which is why I signed up. So pull in one Sunday about 5am.... Suprise!!! NOT OPEN. Stop in the next day to cancel since the early morning weekend hour are why I signed up.The “manager” advised me that I would still be charged the enrollment fee since I didn’t cancel within 3 days of signing up. I travel a lot and this was the 1st time I was in town to take advantage of these early morning weekend hours. I asked about the billboard just feet away from their front door and she stated oh yeah they haven’t been open 24 hours for quite a while. ( no apology) . I asked her to waive the enrollment fee.... No.False advertising? YeahA little customer service? NONot too classy......definitely

Love it here. Great for cardio and lifting. The memberships are cheap too.

My wife and girls said “This place is the worst, equipment is dirty and out of date. The men instructors are to personal, they stand and watch you on equipment.” Told wife and girls to drop membership, they did and still billed us. Very bad experience!!
