One of the worst management teams I have ever witnessed. They are rude, cheap, and stand over their employees while they are trying to work. I see so many different employees that their retention rate must be awful. However I have heard that one of the employees who is related to the upper management made a sexual and racist comment towards a trainer and is still employed at this location. I am surprised that the regional manager is okay with both the poor retention rate and the favoritism.

A very nice atmosphere and very clean. My experience with the day staff vs the night staff is like night and day with reversal roles. The night shift I met was very informative and helpful and the day shift, at least on the weekend I attended was uninformed and lacked a customer service personality. That could be from her being young and inexperienced. I like the equipment and Total Body Enhancement machine. The Hydrotherapy Massage bed is the best invention since peanut butter and jelly so they get 4 points for those two machines I would cancel my other fitness membership if they had a pool. I pointed out to staff about minor repairs like coat hooks in the massage rooms to hang a jacket or hoodie . The shower room and locker rooms are super clean. All in all, I do recommend this location It was dope..

It was okay here. The receptionist that worked today had a weird attitude and I almost wanted to leave. She didn’t make me feel very welcomed. I came as a guest cause my mother is a black card member. Otherwise, the gym is big and has lots of equipment. I won’t be back however. The staff looked like they really didn’t want to be there.

First thing I want to say is I am probably the biggest person usually there. I started going there at 385. I'm down to the 340's. I been using the gym for a little over 6 months now. First time I ever liked going back to a gym. People typically mind their own. Sometimes you'll see people looking or whatever. But you get that anywhere. Overall everyone is friendly and doing their own thing. It's well worth the money. Before signing up always read the contract so you know what the terms are and the ins and outs. I think this is why people have issues, they don't take the time to read it.

Awesome. Amazing. Clean. Staff is tremendously helpful !!! The other gym I belonged to , the owners were inconsiderate and rude. It was a family run place and they could care less about their clients. This is the place to go. The staff actually are nice. If you travel around, get the Black Membership with its amazing benefits.

I’ve been a member of Planet Fitness for over a year replaced to work out especially like the Tanning as well as the hydrant massage beds.

Great place to work out. Clean and friendly. I've been to a lot of gems this is the best one I've ever been to.

Very good gym for using cardiovascular machines like treadmills, eliptical, stationary bikes, but smells more and more like sweat. Open the doors. Air out the place. Smells like a really old gym bag full of old socks. Also no classes if you are looking for someone to help motivate you.

Fantastic staff and facilities. We are happy to have this gym in our community.

Went today to get my membership and so far so good. Very good workers, explained everything very well to me.
