I like the equipment at PF. It's just easy to use and easy on my body. Classes are extremely worthwhile and the trainers do a great job

Location is very small and seems to have 0 air circulation; it was HOT and at other locations I dont have that issue. The staff were great and friendly!

I like coming to this location due to it being not as busy as the Nazareth location so I get a better chance of using the machines I want to use without waiting. Minus 1 star for not being 24/7.

They should be closed, i was in the ladies room where I noticed the girl cleaning the toilet and she was leaving I noticed she did not take off the gloves she was wearing and i was walking behind her as she went to the front desk and started opening a drawer, never removing the gloves or cleaning her hands.

I haven't been there yet when it was crowded. Equipment clean and functional. Staff is mostly knowledgable with a few who are really good

Haven't used the gym since the pandemic hit, zero communication about any reopening, suddenly get billed for monthly and annual fee. I honestly didn't even know it had reopened. Call to have refunds issued, and no cooperation whatsoever. Rude manager and terrible policy considering the current state of affairs.

I have not been able to utilize planet fitness in months due to personal health reasons, yet I have been charged, which is understandable. The manager , Patrick, said I had an overdue bill and would be charged until I paid. This is even considering the fact that I was repeatedly charged multiple times and had no bills due. He was extremely rude and refused to let me cancel or call a number that would help. When asked who I could contact, he snorted and said in a aggressive tone of voice , “yeah, me” I will continue to press this issue and unfortunately I feel bad that I fell for the scam that is planet fitness
