Joined Dec 2020. Today is 7/29/2021. I came in to relieve stress and work out. The team never speaks to me, all except this one short guy in the front that’s always harassing me. Today he tried to force me to take a picture! Talking about I’ve been there twice, so I 100% have to take a picture.....I JOINED IN 2020. Move goofy. Smh people come here to be in PEACE. Send me an email. I’ll send you a pic. But I’m not dressed for picture day when I come to the gym. Should’ve gotten it when I signed up.

Use to love this location, but they are NOT enforcing their mask policy, and it is not uncommon to see 5 - 10 people on cardo equipment wearing no masks as they huff and puff under the massive fans they have running.I selected PF as I travel and they in most cases have a facility I can use. Having been to several over the past 90 days, I can say the majority have been very clean and were enforcing the wearing of masks. Unfortunately not the case here.I get that it is a drag wearing a mask while working out, but allowing members to roam around your facility with no masks while exercising puts your employees and other members at risk, and is irresponsible.Sincerely hope this is a wake up call for their management team.

Poor communication. They hype up the gym so much when you join and make it sound like there is 0 commitment, however make sure you read all the fine lines and DO NOT listen to what they tell you, read the contract to understand the terms. All these extra expenses when cancelling, even though I was told no commitment.

Planet fitness is an awesome gym to do anything. What I mean by that is there are so many varieties of things to do like if you want to lose weight, get cut, or body build. The black member card is awesome and really easy to just scan and walk in. They did a great job with sanitizing and keep the equipment clean. 5 stars for this gym.

Gym is fine. Has what I need for certain things. Employees are helpful. Black card membership isn’t worth it. You can only tan 1 time every 24 hours and no one can override it. I have 3 kids and my work schedule changes. I can only come certain times and I miss out on the tanning because of timing. It’s a waste in my opinion. I’d rather pay more for more flexibility.

Literally worst customer service ever. Staff is generally unfriendly. Policies change depending on who you get along with. If they didn’t offer tanning I would not be going here.

STRANGE hours. Confused on 24/5 when hours listed on site are 24/3. Moved here from a 24/7 Planet Fitness. Please consider better hours.

Walked in on a crutch with the friendly staffs encouragement. Walked and felt better in no time. ThanksPS: Still going.... Great People
