Amped Fitness is hands down the best commercial gym I've ever been to. They really have something for everyone, from standard circuit type machines to Prime Fitness and Arsenal Strength equipment for more advanced lifters looking for specialized stuff. I enjoy being able to use the sauna & there's enough equipment that waiting around is rare. I've personally been through personal training and the staff REALLY does want to see you succeed.I've been at the gym since about 2 weeks after it opened and have watched it be constantly updated and improved since it's opening state. The only things I'd like to see added would be a wider array of cable attachments and more plates, but with what I've seen out of the staff initiative thus far I have plenty of confidence that great additions will come in those areas.

Overall, the gym itself is fine. Good equipment and plenty of it, however, they rely on clients to clean and rack weights. Despite having plenty of staff seemingly with nothing to do, they walk around the gym and police the spraying down of machines in a rude manner.Would like to see the staff do some actual work in regards to cleaning equipment and keeping weights organized rather than bi*ching at clientele.
