I have only been to 3 classes so far but I already feel a sense of belonging. It’s such an encouraging atmosphere to be in and I really needed that. Both the coaches I had were amazing and I can’t wait for my next class.

The workouts are great, and I’m looking forward to continuing my adventure. I’m 66 years old, I found the Cardio exercise met my expectations using the heart monitor as a guide. A great scientific approach to exercising. What was a surprise to me is how I need to increase my flexibility and balance. The strength training/stretching portion of the program is going to be very beneficial in that area… The coaches are active, engaging and monitoring your exercise, while maintaining a tempo that everyone seems to enjoy. I’m new to this type of experience, but I think it’s well thought out and will be very beneficial to my overall health..

This is a GREAT studio! The staff works hard to make sure that you’re seen as an individual and cares to hear what you need. If you’re in BTOWN, either OTF—can’t go wrong!
