This staff is very welcoming. They always greet you at check-in and are present when you need something.They've also been doing a great job at keeping the gym clean!There are a few reviews about theft, which is unfortunate, but that's been a issue at some level in every gym I've ever been to.. so for the price, 24/7 access, services (like unlimited guest passes, tanning, ability to visit multiple locations, ect), it's honestly a great gym :)

Last night all the treadmills we're tilted high and seemed to be teetering on the edge of falling. Not cool or safe. Do you really need to get under them things???? I doubt it. Don't want to see that again

Good value for 24x7 gym. Staff were always friendly as well as other gym members. Machines and bathroom were always clean. Had to cancel my membership due to unexpected reasons and even that process was quick and smooth.

I’ve loved this gym until my encounter with the regional manager Erin. We brought our children in which as of to date I was unaware had a gym rule that was 13 and older, my kids have been allowed in the past and I have seen other children doing homework at the table. I was completely okay with this and understand there are rules in place for safety and liability HOWEVER, Erin made sure to have a smirk and show very poor customer service to the point I had to confirm her position as she acted as a 15 year old. Erin even brought out the policy laminate and pointed out the policy when I was asking for her supervisors contact (which was refused) I called another location, her behavior was so childish as well as her mental capacity and sadly just saying her name they new who she was by her rudeness. The employee who I spoke to was very kind and confirmed past poor behaviors made by Erin and apologized for her poor etiquette. Will be reviewing canceling membership. She refused to give out her supervisors information and I’m hoping this is seen by a concerned staff. She was embarrassing.I want a call from her boss to have this resolved.

Great place to go if you’d like your stuff stolen from your locker. Staff takes it about as serious as if someone left a wet towel in the bathroom. Absolutely embarrassing. No accountability for the fact they have members or worse, non-members, just walking in and committing burglaries. When the cops who respond say out loud “they have good cameras here, we know because this happens more often than you’d think” it’s a pretty lousy sign of a solid gym and it’s patrons

I have been a member for a year now and the past few weekend nights have been a lunkfest!! There are 100 young males in there throwing weights around and screaming! So dang loud! Cant stand it

Keaton is the greatest employee here! He is always working so hard to keep the floors clean and the equipment on point. Super pleasant, kind, hard working guy!

The smell of urine coming from the men's bathroom is overwhelming. It always smells of urine no matter what time you come. Spend your money at LA fitness. It is the same price and they maintain their bathrooms.

I’m actually so sad to be leaving this club. Really outstanding and friendly staff. Place is clean. Been going here for a while and loving it just had an opportunity elsewhere that became affordable thru work connections but this Bloomington location truly is outstanding. Lucky to have the staff that they do.

Went on a Sunday around 730pm. Weights were pretty busy. Plenty of cardio machines open. Everything seemed clean. Nice to have a 24 hour planet fitness somewhat near by, as my home gym doesn't.
