UPDATE: The employees of Planet Fitness in Bloomington MN really went above and beyond to help with my membership account as well as refunding me. They were polite and professional and were able to fix the issue quickly. I was incredibly impressed. Top notch employees! They ALL deserve a raise for having to put up with people like me.

Even though my phone was slow as molasses when I signed up with Planet Fitness, Jillian ,she was ever SOOOO patient and professional in helping me get signed up. Even in observing the staff during prime time 5-7 they all had smiles with can do attitudes. I've been in a few times early AM, same results 😊😊. Equipment is nice, locker room is emaculantly clean. 1st impression was a lasting impression. Keep up the fantastic service.

Rude employees. Yesterday around noon they were absolutely unprofessional and quite condescending. It’s like they were waiting to target somebody because so unsatisfied with their own lives and insinuated that I was lying as well as try to argue and say that nothing is their problem, size me up and be disrespectful. I see by other reviewers Kennedy has an issue with treating people poorly!! Needs to be addressed ASAP

Planet Fitness is a fantastic place to workout whether you're bored or want to get fit. Open 24/7 gives you the option when it's convenient for you. Come see what works for you! The Black membership gives you a total package of using tanning beds, the massage beds or chairs and the red light therapy which is great for toning and gives your skin a refreshing appeal. The classic membership is $10 a month which is good to use all cardio and weight machines. It's great for whichever you choose. And the staff is wonderful, very friendly and professional.

I've moved out to Minnesota about two years ago. Coming from another PF this particular one is okay. There is a few friendly Staff. But my main complaint is the Men's Looker Room. Its not cleaned on the regular. You do have some of the Male Staff that will clean. Others don't, the Looker design is not good. The Urinals levels are too low, Shower Certains need to be replaced, and the Lookers doors are broken or just dirty in the inside. This location needs a make over, and some new equipment.

Tried a Planet Fitness in the Twin Cities area of Minnesota. They have plenty of equipment and are open 24 hours. The front desk staff was friendly enough, but there is no orientation for a new or potential member with visions of falling off the equipment because they pushed the wrong buttons! Additionally, there are two issues with the club that is franchise wide as I found out in calls to several nearby Planet Fitness clubs.First, the shower design is flawed and dated. It is NOT user-friendly as the shower stall is separate from the changing room with only hall hooks to hang a towel on. Have been in campgrounds where there were self contained, lockable combined shower stall / change rooms, a more accommodating, modern design for this service.Second, membership setup is ONLY ONLINE; it requires BOTH a credit card AND a bank account routing /account number. Again, this process is NOT user-friendly and is an invitation to hackers. Several potential customers have complained about providing so much sensitive information online. Management response was, "well that's how we do it world-wide".Well, that's NOT how I want to do it and therefore decided NOT to join.

Wow, this is the first time in few years that I’ve seen the planet fitness club that has normal European-like music, WHICH ISNT LOUD!! This is awesome 👏👌👍☺️ thanks 😊also the place is squeaky clean 🧼 and really cool 😎 great job, guys!!! …

Kennedy is the WORST planet fitness employee I have ever dealt with. I am 53 years old and she put me on the smith machines making me lift 75 lbs, making my back break into several pieces. Will never come back.

PF is a good gym with all the equipment I need but it's just that the employees except for edmund don't do their job they will put up a sign say "be back in 5 minutes" then I don't see them all night and another thing is when I let them know when something needs attention like the paper towels are out or a machine isn't working properly they just ignore me and they leave all the work that they are supposed to do for edmund he gets the job done but he shouldn't have to do their work on top of his

They need to start making planet fitness open 24 hours again I hate that they close it early thinking about switching to a gym that’s open 24 hours. So it can meet my schedule. Not everyone one works 9 to 5 and can still go to planet fitness with their limited time their open!
