I just left the Bloomington, MN. planet fitness and was very impressed by a young man named Talan I believe thats how it's spelled 😊...He was doing an amazing job refilling the hand sanitizers, cleaning, and making sure the gym is clean and sanitized. He also seemed very easy to talk to and had a smile on his face😊!!! So thank u Talon, know u are appreciated and it doesn't go unnoticed!Regards, Kate Clark

Rude employees. Kennedy and Devin were absolutely unprofessional and quite condescending. Calling headquarters it was soooo bad!!! I see by other reviewers Kennedy has an issue with treating people poorly. Too bad something hasn't been done about this rude employee. Shame on PF for ignoring their clients.

It's pretty clean. I noticed an influx of people before 5pm during the week. Sunday morning so far seemed the best time to go. But as for overall experience in being at this location - not bad.

I really thought Planet Fitness was going to be overly sensitive with their lunk alarm, but it's actually a pretty decent gym. It's also encouraging to see people who are already in shape working out there. Their advertisements made me think that they weren't very welcoming of people who are in shape, but most of the people go there look pretty fit and look like they take good care of themselves. And that makes me feel like I could be just as in shape, that Planet Fitness actually wants their members to be in shape, not just buy a membership and pretend to work out once a month.

We re joined after a year off due to the pandemic and had such high hopes to enjoy the club as we have before. Staffs lack of mitigation, cleaning, sanitizing etc is beyond troubling. Guests with masks down around the chin, not cleaning their machines after use and very few cleaning stations in general.We left mid work out and will not be back!The staff is too busy on their cell phones to even assist the members. Cleaning, sanitizing and mitigation should be standard and expected. Babysitting grown adults should not be part of their job description but rules are made to be followed and it’s the staffs job to mandate that! The owners need to know this and rectify it immediately!

Super friendly and clean gyms, I have been at lifetime fitness for 20 years and decided to make a change and glad I did. The clubs are convenient and obtain good hours for my schedule. The black room is awesome for relaxing and working.

Such a great experience here! They signed me up for a membership, which is a great deal, and customer service was excellent. So friendly and helpful. This was all late on a Sunday night as well. Gym was not overly crowded and I felt super comfortable. I have tried other gyms and I did not feel like this gym was trying to sell me anything I didn't need and that they had my well-being in mind. Great atmosphere!

It can't get much better. They could have made the lockers bigger. Their customer service is excellent. All employees are great, they all go out of their way to make things better.

Simple and easy to workout and no fuss! I wasn't forced to take a tour or talk to anyone. Just go in and workout! Although there is always super nice staff available for questions and help. Thanks for being everything I wanted out of a workout facility!

Zero stars. Was going to go back until I read some of the same garbage happening since I joined last time. READ THE FINE PRINT....if they tell you at all. You have to hunt down ppl to replace paper towels so you can clean the machines, …
