JC, Rio, Ryan, Gabe, Benji, Gandhi, and all of the other trainers there are great!! Highly Trained and Professional, great gym environment to get a workout in!I have been training with Gabe personally with my father for about a year, year and a half now, and it has been amazing. Gabe does an amazing job with creating workouts to push yourself beyond your limits. He has an amazing personality and is very outgoing keeping you focused and excited to come back for your next session.If you are interested in training at IHP definitely try to book Gabe!!

I’ve been going to IHP now for two months and I couldn’t be more pleased. I’ve had the pleasure of training under Gabe & Rio; both curate training sessions that are in line with my goals and push me in order to achieve them. The entire staff is friendly and focused on delivering the best experience. The machines & benches are constantly being wiped down and the free weights/equipment are always organized. There are enough choices of bands and machines to give you a full body workout with diversity.I highly recommend making IHP your gym & take advantage of the knowledgeable trainers.
