When I joined IHP over a year ago it was at the urging of my husband who emphatically told me that some UFC fighters train there. Well I don’t follow the UFC, but I figured this was a good gym and I could use a work out or two or three. Turns out their trainers are the best around and here I am about a million work outs in! They have allll the equipment. Shout out to Gabe who keeps my motivation up and my glutes outward! He programs my sessions so they are constantly challenging and interesting, and the proof is in the pudding when I hit my PR’s.

I was introduced to IHP after my trainer moved to Alaska and I have been very pleased with the staff and over atmosphere. Josh, Rio as well as the entire staff make me feel like I’m right at home. I love coming here.

I was looking for a person that would understand my needs on keeping my body and nutrition on point since i am going to be 50 and I was referred by a friend to go to Gabe. He made me feel amazing and gave me such great tips and I am so motivated to come in and workout in this incredible facility where everyone is teated like family. A gym where everything is clean and machines are brand new. Thanks Gabe for helping me in my exercise goals! I am so grateful!

I have trained at IHP and is a very complete gym. It does not matter the sport you practice or if you are a beginner, you will find the equipment and the personnel to get you in your best shape. The environment is very friendly and all treat you like family. They make you feel right at home. I have been trained by Gabe and his professionalism, knowledge and ways to motivate me are very impressive at his young age.I 100% recommend anyone IHP. Great job everyone and thank you for all your help.

Best gym by far! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. My two boys are trained by Gabe and he is great with them. Teaches them proper technique and motivates them to work hard. They look forward to every training and we can really see how much stronger and confident they have got since they started. Great place to work out!

1) Better options near by2) A little overpriced for the services and machines they offer.3) Staff changes regularly, so you can't stick with a personal trainer for long... and sometimes some of them are not as nice as you would expect. Remember that nowadays everybody can post a review, and btw, mine is an honest one. Don't try to intimidate me with your copy & paste response mentioning legal steps... everybody can post a review based on his/her own experience. My suggestion is, try to improve on those aspects instead, and receive the criticism to become competitively better. There are plenty of better options out there (just around the corner, on 20th street and going east, just to name one). For the money, and if on a budget, go to Youfit or Planet Fitness. If money is not a problem, LA Fitness or Life Time are the way to go, besides the multiple neighborhood gyms you can find nearby.

Coach Benji put through an intense workout today. I normally train with a bodybuilder but today was all about functional training and super setting. Will definitely be sore tomorrow. Highly recommend IHP and Coach Benji

I’m very much a commercial gym goer but I wanted to try something new. Benji at IHP really took his time explaining everything and making sure I was understanding the movements. He was also checking throughout the workout to make sure I was feeling good and not straining my body. I highly recommend him as a trainer.

While the facility itself is incredible, the true benefit of training at the IHP is the wealth of knowledge and experience that JC Santana and his staff provide. Elite level training perfectly designed for those that want to improve their day to day lives or take home championship belts

Hands down, best choice I’ve made training at IHP. Ryan is amazing and makes me actually want to go train. I look forward to walking through the doors and always feel amazing when I leave.
