Its a very great gym to work out at and it has and outside area which is very nice and has lots of equipment and its just a very nice place to work out at. Mr. Johnny O. is a very respectable man and is very friendly and inspirational. I love going here in the morning to work out with Eleventh Element with Josh Good which is a blessing since those workouts are free thanks to Johnny O. The vibe is amazing and the people are chill and friendly would 100% highly recommend this gym. 🙌

Show up for the weights, stay for the mates! Johnny O’s Gymnasium represents a tribute to the legends of the Iron Age readily adapted to the needs of next-generation athleticism. The facility differentiates itself by offering a range of total-quality equipment extensively curated across the spectrum of strength and sport training with almost professorial precision. But where this indoor and outdoor training space really shines is the people. Visiting from out of town I was warmly welcomed and felt like a regular before I finished the second set. Johnny O is not a photo on the wall, he is an authentic and inspiring personality standing next to you on the floor talking shop, while quietly logging the sets and the reps, with professorial dedication to the craft. For newcomers and pros alike, this is the place to sustain a lifetime of training. Strongly recommend.

From the staff to the group classes I couldn’t enjoy this facility more ! It’s right next to FAU where I go to school. The energy is very welcoming and the gym is extremely clean.

Best gym in Boca!! Way better than commercial gyms, train to be an athlete at Johnny O’s instead of an uneducated meathead anywhere else
