Great gym!! Signed up yesterday and I am so excited to workout here. Staff was really helpful.

Can you guys lower the volume there? The music is so loud, especially in the mornings! The neighborhood on Dixie and beyond can hear it. Very inconsiderate of you.Update: Thanks for the passive aggressive comment. You don’t have to be a rocket scientist to know that there are houses literally on the other side of your wall. What does the train have to do with anything? It passes for 4 minutes yet the music is blasting all morning. Disappointing response.

Very nice staff. I felt very comfortable here. Good equipment and lots of smiles and positivity. Great gym!

Johny O’s is easily the best gym I’ve ever been a part of. Besides them being serious about fitness, it’s also such a great atmosphere with everyone being so positive and pleasant. Johny O himself is a great guy and he’s assembled a remarkable team that make you feel like family as they whip you to shape. The classes are fun and exercises are always changing to keep the workouts fresh and interesting.

From the front staff to the best best trainer I’ve ever worked with, John D. To Johnny O himself, this is the most inclusive gym that not only makes you feel welcome and comfortable but they cater to EACH individual. The staff is inviting, the facility is clean with all the best equipment and ALL THE MEMBERS are truly so friendly. They welcome all shapes and sizes, all age groups, athletes or not, new mothers, ect, they really have it all and I’m so happy I’m a member here!!!

Johnny O’s is my far the best gym I have ever been to. I have been coming here since I moved to Boca and the only reason I am leaving is because we are moving across the country (I wish I could pick it up and bring it with me!). From Johnny, to the trainers, to the entire staff, everyone is so friendly, welcoming, and willing to offer support and assistance. The facilities are top notch and always clean with a variety of equipment, including a beautiful covered outdoor space. If you’re searching for the best gym in south Florida look no further - this is it!

We were introduced to this gym by our incredible trainer, Preston. What a neighborhood gem! The space is well designed, immaculate and has both indoor and outdoor workout areas, friendly, knowledgeable staff and well maintained equipment. Super happy and we are already seeing results!
