I’ve been to 5 different gyms in the Treasure Valley but this one is by far my favorite gym. Everyone is so friendly and Jeremiah manages his gym so well (that was one of the things that caught my eye). Such an amazing gym and environment !!

Awesome gym! It has an amazing environment with an old school bodybuilding feel to it which is great if you are a serious lifter or bodybuilder. Definitely a great change from crowded big gyms like axiom or crunch. The owner Jeremiah is also a great guy
