Great equipment and Jason is a fantastic trainer. I asked him for help with my dad and he came up with a program designed to minimize re-injury while helping build muscle.

I love the classes and the environment. I have been working w Jeremiah (trainer / owner) since 2012. Love all the equipment & trainers here! Such a fun place to workout! The team is my other family and I am in the best shape ever. It is easy to stay consistent when you are enjoying yourself!! I highly recommend if you are looking for a place check out Boise Iron Gym!

I retired from Professional golf to get into Bodybuilding four years ago, and just competed in my first show.Immediately after my show, my existing coach quit to focus on his own career, and thus I needed a new facility.I met Jeremiah (owner of BIG) at the 2022 Idaho Cup, and he asked me to come check out his facility sometime.I made the switch not long after that.Boise Iron Gym is without a shred of doubt, the best gym I've ever belonged to.Coach J goes above and beyond for his members and clients.His facility is absolutely spotless, and the selection of machines will blow your mind.Come check us out, you won't regret it.

Jeremiah is the ABSOLUTE BEST in town. I love coming to the gym every night for group workouts. We have so much support for one another. Highly recommend! Meal planning, training, fitness competition.
