I started Hotworx in late February and I am not exaggerating when I say it’s been life changing. I play a lot of tennis and it was taking a toll on my body , especially my hips. I swam in college and have worked out all my life. This is by far the best thing I have done for my body. Isometric training, yoga , barre, Pilates add to my flexibility and burning calories in less time due to the infrared heated saunas is a game changer. . I highly recommend Hotworx for anyone looking to mix up their work out routine.

I have enjoyed every second at Boise HOTWORX… The scheduling works for my lifestyle, the infrared sauna along with the taylor made classes and has not only me allowed to have extended performance in my other sport, It has allowed me better overall better quality of health through my every day activities. The staff at Boise HOTWORX is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, concerned about your well-being and your workout progression. I appreciate all the advice and the direction I have received thus far at the Boise Hotworx …also another bonus is that they have a gym along with the saunas, which includes high-quality set weight bar, strengthening ropes and stretching materials. Everything that you would see at a normal gym just on a smaller scale minus the aerobic machines. This is truly a place of meditation and happiness that I have found thank you hotworx!

I love HotWorx Boise!!! Such kind and helpful people and the best workout place around. Highly recommend to anyone whatever your workout goals or preferences are! My favorites are pilates and barre classes but with all the options I never get tired trying new workouts!! Check it out, you wont regret it

If you’re looking for an intense cardio workout and deep detox, this is the place! You get variety going from machine to machine and the infrared penetrates to give a deeper detox than just sweating alone. The videos make it easy to follow along. The owner is super sweet and friendly.

I love the workouts at hotworx! The people are so nice Kirsten is a saint!! The saunas at hotworx has helped my acne, I love the Pilates. I was so scared when I joined I couldn’t keep doing weights but they have a weight area. Not only that it’s always clean the people are always kind and respectful. If you want to try something new and helpful hotworx is perfect for you!

Seemed like a good solid company at first but beware if you ever go to cancel it will be a huge hassle! They have such a complicated cancelation process, charged us multiple times after we were told we wouldn't be charged. The employees didn't event know how to explain the complicated cancelation process. It seems like this particular location and or company (because it is a franchise) thrives on making it very difficult and time consuming to cancel hoping that most people will just keep going on auto pay and not worry about it. Not the most ethical business model if you ask me. (It bears mentioning that I myself was not a customer of theirs but my wife was and this is from my perspective being affected by all of this thru her)

HotWorx Boise has truly changed my life! I have osteoarthritis and was beginning to think I wouldn’t be able to continue to play tennis and go hiking. I have only been a member for 3 weeks and I have already seen incredible results! The pain in my joints is decreased significantly, my range of motion has increased and I just feel better overall! The staff is very friendly and helpful and always keeping the studio clean! Do yourself a favor and try a free session! You’ll be hooked!

Hotworx Boise is by far my favorite place to workout in the Treasure Valley. Whether it’s coming in for an ISO session or a HIIT session in the saunas or using the FX zone for my own personalized workout, I LOVE IT HERE! I’ve always struggled trying to find a place I actually enjoy coming to and feel comfortable in. From the cleanliness, to the amazing staff, to the people that come here everything is perfect for me and my schedule.
