The owners are friendly and welcoming! The gym is clean and neat. The sauna workouts feel GREAT, especially during the fall and winter months. You can really feel the benefits of the infrared. It’s also a great change up to incorporate into traditional workout regimens.

I joined Hotworx about 3 months ago. I weighed 220lb , today I’m at 190lb. A moderate change to my diet and pushing myself with help of the saunas, has helped me lose 30 pounds in 3 months! Fantastic place! I never have done hot yoga till now. I absolutely love it! I can’t believe how good it is for your body and mind. The owners and staff are wonderfully great. You won’t regret giving this place a try! Excited to see how my health and transformation will play out!!

I was really nervous at first to try a new place. I’ve been going to Orangetheory for years. A friend convinced me to try since this place recently opened. I cancelled my Orangetheory membership the next day. The workout options are amazing. Also, shout out to the staff. Everyone is so kind and welcoming and friendly.

I highly recommend HOTWORX Boise! The combination of infrared and exercise leave you feeling amazing! I really enjoy the 24/7 access & the friendly atmosphere. The staff is also very welcoming and helpful!

Best workout spot in Idaho! The staff are amazing, and never pressure clients to sign up like other gyms. I feel so much better after a few sessions, the infrared does wonders! definitely recommend to anyone who wants a great workout in a supportive environment !

This is my 5th HOTWORX studio to work out at and by far my favorite!! It’s the little things that set it apart… smell good “sauna spray” outside every room, music playing so you can hear it inside each room, but not to loud that you can’t hear the instructors, and benches out side the rooms!!!The owners and staff are very friendly and helpful!
