I've been to a dozen different gyms (all only $10 a month), this is my least favorite. Its the smallest, least equipment, and the last few times ive tried going after work around 11pm theres been a sign by the door saying "no guests allowed, not currently staffed". Its not actually 24 hours apperantly.

Company will rip you off if you cancel your membership with them. They have charged my account. No one ever picks up the phone to help. No one ever follows thru with help. The AbC financial group is also a joke... this company is fraud.

To whoever keeps breaking rollers on ALL the treadmills:Please stop, the staff obviously don’t care enough to fix it.Thanks.

Really enjoyed this gym, very quiet and has the equipment you need. Sad to say I moved and had to end my membership. I sent in a request through their website and was answered within 2 business days letting me know it was successfully canceled and I wouldn't receive any more billing. Easy and courteous service from Kumari.

It's kinda small so not a lot of equipment and if you come during busier hours, definitely won't be able to use some things like the 1 bench or 1 squat rack but it's clean and taken care of, and it being open 24 hours is a major plus.

The new machines took awhile to get used to (very gradually) but it’s nice to log into my account on each cardio machine and track past workouts, progress, and set future goals. Changing visuals on the monitors is nice as well. The abrupt change wasn’t my favorite (especially now there only being one standing bike) but other than that, staff is consistently kind, welcoming, and responsive. Towels are always available and at multiple stations throughout the facility; not the case at big gyms. There is a kid or two running around here and there like the other reviewers have reported but they’ve never prevented me from using equipment in the facility so I don’t mind them.

Super nice and friendly staff! My boyfriend and I are only here for about another month before we head back to college, so the staff was super helpful and understanding about fees so they helped us wave our annual fee and just pay for the regular fee. Plus, super clean!! Thank you so much!

I like this gym a lot. It's quiet, clean, and inexpensive. If all you want is a good place to workout, you should be good to go with IFF. They have group classes and stuff, but I wouldn't know much about that.I'm a runner, so the only issue I have is that I don't really need a gym in the warmer months. If it were easier to suspend my service during the warmer seasons, that would be nice. As it is, they require you to come into the office to do that, and as I'm writing this, we're in the midst of a deadly epidemic. Leaving the house for that reason isn't just inconvenient, it's dangerous to me, it's potentially dangerous for other people. The woman I spoke with on the phone on two occasions could not have sounded less interested in any of that. Maybe because I said I wanted to pause my membership.Like I said, I like this gym. If you want an affordable, quiet, clean gym, you can't beat it. But, I'm sad to say, managing my account is a little inconvenient and the customer service experience I had (which might differ from location to location), just wasn't very good.
