Very well equipped, the place is spotless, the staff is welcoming, and the facility has beachbody programs and other fitness programs that you can use. It has a good balance of strength training and cardio resources. I'm very satisfied. Not much more I can ask for. The startup cost is low. Highly recommended.

I love the staff at the Cole location, very helpful and always so friendly. Any problems I have had.. have been resolved by Sarah Wake or Dusty Martin. I am very pleased with the way this business takes care of the members. A big shout out to Sara at the Cole location.. she is amazing!!
