Great selection of machines, friendly staff, and best of all open 24/7. Excellent value for the price, I never used the pool and extra things at my old gym.

This gym is pretty much everything you would want in a gym, clean facilities, versatile, up-to-date equipment, attentive staff, top-notch classes, etc.. etc..for about half what most other gyms charge for the same (or less!!).There's several locations in Boise, I've worked out in 2 of them... the convenience couldn't be better.. 24 hr. access with a card key, and in the almost 6 months that I've been with this gym, I haven't encountered a single issue. I am a late night user, so can't personally attest to the middle of the day workout experience, but I have been in the gym at that time, and everything seemed... vigorously apace and well... what you'd want in a gym.If you're not sure about starting a gym, or don't want a heavy $ commitment to start something you're unsure of..Start Here.(I didn't give a fifth star because, like every business I know, there's room for improvement here. What that would be, considering the price especially, I cannot imagine.. overnight lockers, maybe?? Whatever it is, it's trivial to the overall value here).

This is a great gym!! Clean, low cost, great customer service, no contract, and all the equipment you could ever need to get in a great workout! If you're not signed up here, you're getting robbed, and I would suggest switching immediately. They also have a super low sign up fee, like less than $20 low.

Ive been a member at Idaho Fitness Factory for about a month now and find it very clean and convenient. The young ladies that work there are always cleaning the facility. They have a nice selection of dumbells and I utilize the fitness class room a lot as well. I would recommend it for anyone in the Boise area looking for a clean, cost efficient gym that's 24 hours.

So glad I found this gym. Its so clean, open 24 hrs, only 15.00 a month. Also they have a kids room at no extra cost. I love the staff, Hanna and Tom are really great!. I have been a member at 2 other gyms in the area and this is by far the best!!

Great gym at a great price. Open 24/7 so I can always fit it in to my schedule. Facility is always clean and equipment is in great condition. Only $15 per month and 5 locations.

Idaho Fitness Factory is a fantastic gym. Great service, great equipment, and an overall great environment to work out in. I highly recommend this gym to anybody looking for a place to workout.

I love going to this gym. As an ex athlete that is now 41 It was time to get back into shape. I was a new years resolution person, joining and going to IFF has been great. It has all I need to get back into shape, friendly staff and very clean. If you want to do it this is the place there is not a bunch of meat heads walking around and screaming. I found others like myself that just want to be able to hit their goals with no intimidation.
