Idaho Fitness Factory is one of best kept gyms I have ever attended!! It has great prices and awesome customer service! Wish I could still go, but I have moved to Montana! Definitely should open a branch up in Bozeman!!

I LOVE this gym! Small enough to not be packed all the time, yet still has all the equipment I need. Staff is always super friendly and helpful, too!

I love Idaho Fitness Factory. It is a great small gym which I like very much. Also I had some credit card fraud on my debit card and my card was cancelled and I incurred a late fee. Isaac at Idaho Fitness Factory was kind enough to waive my late fee...thanks so much!

I was a member at the meridian location. The machines were always clean and everyone is super friendly. I had to move and cancel my membership and they were extremely professional and kind about it. If I ever move back I will definitely go through them!

It's a nice gym where you do not feel like "you're being watched". I'm comfortable here and use the machines without being embarrassed. 😊 It's open 24 hours and your membership allows you to use any of their gym. I can also bring my 6 year old son and don't have to pay for childcare. …

I love how friendly and encouraging the staff are. The gym is always kept super clean and all the equipment is set up well. I love how they have different varieties of classes. Best gym I've ever been to!

This is a great gym! All of the staff/members are very friendly and the gym is always clean. It is a smaller gym, but it has everything you need to get a good workout in. I love that it is only $15 a month and no contract. I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone. Thanks for the great experience.

I absolutely find this exact gym to be perfect. I love the size of the space,I can use all the equipment and more. I love that for how many members are in the gym, I always have enough space to better my health life.i love it!

Awesome Gym! Very clean, convenient,affordable, and not too crowded! I've been a member at IFF for 2 years now and I really appreciate having 24 hour access and its a great deal too. Equipment is up to date and staff does a fantastic job cleaning and maintaining the gym. Highly recommend to anyone!
