I can not recommend Orange theory Fitness especially if you are blind. I brought my dog guide in for their free first class. The receptionist stated I could not bring my dog in. I then explained it was a service dog. They continued saying this was probably not the class for me especially given my dog. I stated it was fine and followed the group in. Everything except the bike and the weights was touch screen or flat buttons. I was able to use the rowers by just adjusting my intensity. The trainer who discouraged my attendance did a 180 once in the class asking how to help and adapting the workouts based on time instead of distance since I was unable to read the screen. This gym is all about appearances of acceptance and inclusion but they do it begrudgingly. I definately did not feel welcome and accepted.

Super efficient, the music is good and the coaches are awesome. I love the intense one hour workouts that I don’t have to plan myself!

This is the best workout I’ve ever taken! I love this place! The staff, the coaches, everyone is so welcoming and encouraging. It becomes very addictive and every workout is different! It’s the cleanest gym I’ve ever been in. I couldn’t ask for a better place to get my workout in!!

I’m not a gym person and have never stuck to an exercise program for more than a week in my life! Orangetheory is different. I’ve been a member at Boise location for 2 years and am still motivated and excited about the workouts and my fitness goals. The coaches are warm, tough, fair and are all awesome humans.My biggest hurtle was getting my husband to get in the bandwagon. He joined 1 year ago and now we go together. It is a win-win (win-win-win-win-win).

OTF Parkcenter is one of my favorite Orange Theory’s I have ever been to. The whole entire staff is so nice. Everything is so organized and clean. You feel welcome and invited the moment you walk into the door. I highly recommend this studio if you’re visiting or even if you live in Boise.

I recently tried out Orange Theory for the first time and I was pleasantly surprised about the entire experience. The staff is super friendly and helpful, the workouts are intense but also accessible, and the overall vibe of the place is very inclusive.I highly recommend Orange Theory and especially this particularly location.

Love OTF- addicting. The coaches really keep you moving. I love the music and the energy in the room. I did the transformation challenge and went 5 -6 days a week and although sore, loved every minute of it.

OTF Boise on Parkcenter is so so good! I knew I would be getting a great workout that leaves me sore, sweaty & pushes me, but the front desk team & Lindsay, the manager, are absolute gems! Some of the best customer service I’ve experienced. They have gone above & beyond to help me with a unique situation & I’ll be forever grateful for that.& if you aren’t familiar with the Orange Theory workout it is so good! I love the combination of cardio and strength. (Treadmill, weights/TRX, & rower - also optional bikes). Also having the heart rate arm band that shows me the calories I’m burning, my heart rate & what zone I’m in is such a great motivator.Can’t recommend this studio & workout enough!

I really love Orangetheory. I went because I have had friends and family both recommend and they were not wrong. The classes motivate and push you to work hard. All the staff are great and it works for all levels of fitness.

If you are looking for a positive and inspiring place to help you achieve your personal goals…this is the place to go! People of all ages and different goals come, but all cheer each other on. The coaches are pretty awesome too! Show up as you are!
