love that it is challenging, that you have what feels like a personal trainer to push and guide you, and that it never gets old. There are new workouts daily that continue to push you to the next level. The trainers and staff treat you like friends and are incredibly motivating.

Dino was awesome! Extremely high energy and very motivating as a coach- he pushed me even harder than I thought I could go (especially after a couple of long bike rides with lots of climbing earlier in the week). I will certainly visit that studio again if I am in the area!!

The front desk staff and the trainers at OT Parkcenter rock! Shout out to Kelsey for always being kind and helpful. The trainers invest a lot of time and energy into us. I loved this workout right from the start and am now hooked.

I have always hated the idea of group fitness until I found Orange Theory. It is the only fitness regimen that has consistently worked for me and keeps me accountable. Where I have joined the gym in the past and attended for several weeks only to bail after February, I now attend RELIGIOUSLY at 5:00am (yes, in the am) every work day. I have more energy, better recovery from weekend warrior activity, and a desire to stick with the program. I have the unlimited membership (and I am a cheapskate!) and it is worth EVERY PENNY. If there were 6 stars, I would give OTF 7.

Worst customer service on the planet. These people seem super nice to get you started and get the monthly payments going, then literally will not let you cancel your membership. Their business model is set up to take advantage of people not watching their credit card statements. They charge you more than what you agreed upon and then don't return your calls when you ask for a refund. It literally took me 6 weeks, about 10 calls taking time away from my work day and finally disputing the charges on my credit card to get our money back. All the while $300 for sat on my card. $300 dollars for two months of a gym membership? They didn't even refund the amount they originally told me they would because the document my wife signed said a higher amount than the rep told her she was signing for. Deliberately misleading customers into signing things that are above what was discussed seems really scammy to me.Steer clear of this place and seriously if you want similar results just google high intensity interval training or circuit training and save yourself 150 bucks a month.

One of the best workout concepts ever created. Amazing workout in 1 hour!! Burn tons of calories. Generally you split your time between cardio and the weight floor. Workouts change every day, no boredom!! Staff is fabulous and know everyone by name. Coaches bring motivation and proper technique. Give it a try, they offer a free workout to see if it’s for you. Thank you OT, love working out with you!!

Every workout is great and the coaches/staff at Parkcenter are very welcoming and make you feel right at home. OTF provides a great variety of exercises and has allowed me to work HIIT into my overall fitness routine. Cannot recommend them enough!

Great energy, especially at 5A!! Studio was spotless and layout was superb. Front desk staff was welcoming and helpful. Coach was attentive, knowledgeable and organically motivating. Felt like home away from my home studio in Charleston, SC. Thank you OTF FAM’!

the science behind the workout. the well thought out use of primary equipment. the session guidance. the trainers clearly convey the workout agenda. the workout movements are not "high" skilled, therefore non-intimidating, easy learning curve, so the challenge is strictly personal using personal feedback. That's a good mindset!
